My jeep wrangler had significant rust damage on the roof and driver side door from a leaky overhead pipe. Robert was able to remove it ALL and was kind enough to vacuum the inside of my car. Honest, great communication, knowledgeable, professional, and excellent attention to detail. I highly recommend!

My vehicle was stolen and when found, I knew I needed a biohazard decontamination cleaning. Robert and his team did an AMAZING job. He explained every step of the way and reassured me that my car would look like new. He was absolutely correct and when I saw my vehicle I wanted to cry tears of joy. Thank you for making my Jeep feel safe again!!

My son threw up and my BMW, I was unable to get the odor out with the resources I had at home. I reached out to Robert and he was able to coordinate having a mechanic remove the passenger seat, disassemble the seat, clean the inside of the seat and then reassemble the seat with one day notice! I would recommend him to anyone… He was professional delivered as promised, and was reasonably priced!

Let’s start with Robert’s ability to provide critical information in “real-time” when my daughter’s beetle was stolen. He walked me through the entire process helping out with advice on navigating the system throughout this difficult process. The beetle was super clean when we picked it up! I would definitely recommend Colorado Custom Auto Detailing.

Robert and the team at Colorado Customs have been truly amazing to work with. My car got stolen and returned and needed to be tested and cleaned. Robert was so kind and walked through the whole process with me, making me feel like I had someone on my side! If you are ever in the tough position of needing your car to be drug tested, I would 100% recommend Colorado Customs. I would refer any of my friends your way!

My car was stolen and when it was recovered it was taken here. When I picked it up, it still reeked and they did a terrible job cleaning it. I could have done better and I'm by no means a professional detailer...and apparently neither are they. The floor mats were filthy and the seats still had mystery stains and some kind of powdery residue. It was decided they would clean it again as well as replace some seat covers and a wiper blade. It seemed much cleaner at a glance the second time, but the longer you were in it, the more you noticed. They weren't even able to clean the glass without leaving streaks. What detailer can't even clean glass? There was also a bolt cover missing from the passenger seat that I asked to have replaced. Instead of replacing it, they took out one on the driver seat as well. The wiper blade that was supposed to be replaced? Nope. Seems like they just tore off the useful part and said good enough. It was impossible to see out the back. The worst was they claimed they replaced the seat covers but the drivers seat still has scratch marks all over it that didn't come from me. After all of this, I was still trying to get some kind of resolution, so I got a call back from them saying they wanted to make it right and to give them a (third) chance. I was skeptical, but said okay. Well, he never sent me the follow up email he said he was going to and never called me back. Getting your car stolen is awful, and dealing with this place made the whole thing so much worse than it had to be. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

They painted and swapped out a side mirror for me, which is kind of an odd job/request, but it was quick, the result was professional and affordable, and Robert was a pleasure to work with. I could tell he was very experienced and I appreciated his effective communication and follow-through. Happy to have found this place.

Robert is the best. He is very polite and pleasant to deal with. Very few companies offer excellent customer service, but here it's a top-notch. I had issues with rodents chewing wires and leaving mess under the hood of my 2023 Santa Fe. Robert did such a fantastic job on cleaning the engine bay area and removing the odor. Rabits seem to also respect such an excellent job, and i haven't had issues with them since then. Thanks!

I first came to Colorado customs with my jeep grand Cherokee where they were able to do paint correction and have my dark blue jeep looking like a mirror .. I am now a return customer coming to Colorado Customs to get the windows tinted and my rims powdered coated … Robert And his team did amazing. They definitely exceeded my expectations. They communicate throughout the time of having my Audi and returned my car clean . This is not my first nor will it be my last time going to see them !

If I could give 20 starts I would...I had hail damage on my 2020 Tesla Y, I found Robert and Mitch luckily through my insurance company. I was amazed at how nice my car looked after they were done, it looked like a new car. They detailed it as well and I think it looks better than it did when I first bought the car. Its amazing, I just took it back to have the final tail light piece replaced (it had been on back order) and they didn't disappoint. Done on time, and my car has never looked so good. Thank You for reminding me there are amazing companies still out there to work with that do what they say and do it on time. I will send everyone I know to Mitch and Robert from now on. Thank You again!
