Just rude customer service over the phone. Called for some info on tile and they treated me like an idiot for not knowing everything about tile. If you call here I guess you’re suppose to be an expert on tile?

Patti and Brandon helped me pick out tile for my master bathroom remodel. This was the first time in my life I had to pick tile so I had no idea what I wanted. They were very patient with me and gave me a ton of options. The end result is awesome and I am very thankful for their help.

Great little store with an amazing tile selection. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. Pricing is not the cheapest, but also not excessive. Being able to touch, see, mix & match with guidance from folks who know their inventory is a very pleasant experience.

I've worked with Patti for 3 different projects and her eye for perfection is A++++++. I absolutely love the tile selection for these projects and feel a real partnership through the whole process which is invaluable to me. The tile installer Luis just finished a project and he has the best work ethic, and did an amazing job! We were treated very rudely yesterday. The first younger gentleman who greeted us was nice and let us look around and said we could take samples home. After looking for about 10 minutes, we found this beautiful Mexican Talavera tile i had been looking for elsewhere for over a year. I know the craftsmanship that goes into it. I was very excited to find it so close to home and my husband and I went up to the counter to ask for the price. A middle aged blonde tip haired man responded to our price inquiry with a demeaning tone and said “expensive”. I told him I knew they were hand painted and wanted the price. He gave me the price and told him I knew other people used solid tile and then mixed in the Talavera to being down cost and all he said was “well it depends on what you want.” He was not only unhelpful but super rude. My husband and I may not look like much but I assure you the tile was not too “expensive” for us but we will not be buying it here due to the rude attitude. I recommend you give the price and let the customer decide whether it’s expensive or not.

Colorado Ceramic Tile has provided wonderful design guidance on five different projects we had them complete in our home. Their vast selection of tiles, colors and sizes combined with their years of design experience are a great asset to the customer. As a designer, Colorado Ceramic Tile is my go to for tile! They have a wide variety of tile and stone options, and I am always able to find what I need. The staff there is always very helpful, knowledgeable, and timely with getting information and pricing. Many other tile stores can feel overwhelming with their warehouse style showrooms, but Colorado Ceramic Tile is not like that. I would highly recommend that they are your one and only stop to find your tile!- Elise Lyons

Terrible experience. I never write reviews but this one needs attention. I ordered LVT for my basement, the material did not line up with the existing tile and we asked for a refund. All that was done is removing old carpet and putting down 5 out of 62 boxes of material. For 1 day of work they wanted to keep my $8000 deposit, now after much negotiation they want to keep $5000+ for removing old carpet. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE unless you want to pay over $5000 for removing carpet and to be treated rudely. I am consulting an attorney to get the money back.

This company was recommended to me by friends and neighbors. I don't understand how they stay in business. The grouting in my floor is cracking and after repeated requests for repair I have been ignored. Do not do business with this company
