My friend crashed my truck said he will pay.
Well that’s knot happening them his company said we will pay. His work place said we are not paying. I have said from the start (I don’t have any money to pay to Cisco’s ) I don’t know what to do. I can’t get a loan because I can’t pay them back. It’s the
only new vehicle I have ever had. I’m just sad
now. Yes I work hard 6 days a week. I have grand kids to take care of. That were my money go . Just so you know.

everything you could to help me.

Update: my son smashed up his bumper and they did a great job. Old post: My 2010 Lexus RX350 had some spiral cracking on the hood, resulting in metal showing. Cisco quickly and efficiently provided me a quote, explaining the process, and provided a timeline of what to expect. We scheduled a time frame for the work to be completed and I dropped it off. His team sanded the hood down and did an amazing job color matching and painting. Upon pick up it was exactly as expected. The work was very professionally done. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work and the overall process. Price was very reasonable. Work was done on schedule. Would highly recommend Cisco's All In One Auto to family and friends.

The staff is fantastic. Although we were not able to have them repair our car, they were great to work with in tearing it down to show our insurance company hidden damage. At that point, our insurance company deemed it a total loss. I will definitely use them again, but I hope not to, because it's never good when you need a body shop ?

Let me just say they exceeded my expectations!! gave me my car back looking even better than when I bought it and it was a fast turnaround !! Cisco worked with my budget when the other shops weren’t budging! Will be back forsure!!!

I took my car to Cisco in a panic after my hood flew up into my windshield on the freeway. I was paying out of pocket and I couldn’t afford the initial estimate. Cisco personally called me back and worked with me and my budget all while being completely transparent about what is essential, what can be salvaged from the car and whatnot. A week and a half after that I get a call from Chris telling me it’s ready so I went in yesterday morning to pick it up. The whole team is so professional and cool and easy to work with and I’m so happy with my car it seriously hasn’t looked this nice since I got it because they also painted over where my roommate keyed it :) definitely will go back in the future

Unresponsive and bad service would definitely recommend going anywhere else. Your excuse is not valid I did not use insurance for my trucks damage.

I was sideswiped by a moving truck recently and no one would touch the repair. Cisco got me a reasonable estimate for the moving company and was able to get me in for the repair fairly quickly. My vehicle came out looking like new. Thanks

Cisco's All In One Auto did an amazing job repairing our bumper after an accident. It looks better than it did before the accident! They also left it so clean. That was a surprise bonus. Thanks Cisco!

Disappointed with my service here. Up front, they were kind and squeezed me in to get a repair done while I was temporarily in town, I left grateful and continued on my way to another state. Within three weeks the same issue occurred and when I brought it into a local shop near me they informed me that the repair from Cisco’s had been done incorrectly and I had to pay again to have it all redone. When I informed Cisco’s of the issue they took over a month to respond to me and took no accountability or offered any remediation. He actually suggested that I must have done something to damage it again in the interim and that my case wouldn’t stand in court (I never mentioned taking legal action, but he was quick to bring it up). I will not be returning.

Nobody's in the office to answer the phone for 40 mins and the owners very unprofessional not keeping schedule or allowing me to use a loaner vehicle they have had my vehicle for 2 months already he won't return my calls or talk to me personally.

Father in law accidentally backed into my wife’s car. Ciscos was the easiest company I’ve ever had to deal with. Pat helped me with options, insurance questions, and coordinated everything for me to make sure everything went smooth, unfortunately my insurance was a little slow , but Pat did everything he could to make sure our car was done prior to our holiday trip and we made it! Car looks awesome, paint looks awesome, and they even cleaned the car and shined the wheels. I’m not kidding you, one of the best business I’ve ever worked with, with great morales, ethics, and skills. Pat treated me like family and they even gave us a holiday card thanking us for supporting a family business. Come here 1st, they will take care of you from start to finish!
