Nate and all who work at Christian Brothers have been incredible to work with. After several terrible experiences with the dealer, I walked in desperate for help and Nate explained everything to me in detail. The work completed was on the time frame promised, within the estimated cost, and done well. The service is professional and friendly, and I will be using them moving forward for all vehicular needs.

The team at Holly St. location were great with thorough communication as well very pleasant and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they did not try to take advantage of my wife who needed help to solve an immediate issue and did not give a clever sales pitch. We will definitely be using Christian Brothers in the future.

Matthew was fantastic! From the moment I walked in, he was an attentive, communicative, & helpful employee.
I needed my tail light fixed which ended up being more complicated than just a light bulb change. A different business offered one expensive solution, so I stopped into Christian Brothers to get a second opinion.
They agreed the expensive solution would solve my problem, but instead they got creative with a more affordable solution that was just as effective. I appreciate their integrity! Plus, their waiting area is clean & peaceful with yummy snacks. Thank you! I’ll definitely be back.

Everything you guys do is great. What blew me away was since I had brought my car in for an oil leak, they offered to come to my garage and clean the floor! Who does that! They have me as a customer for life! And I am in a car club so a bragging I will go!

This has been one of the best experiences I have had with a car shop. Usually, I am apprehensive about taking my car in because I don't want to be taken advantage of, and I want to feel like more than just a transaction. This location treated me with respect and transparency that I had never experienced before. You can immediately tell that they put you and your satisfaction first, and if you have any problems, they will make it right. I took my car in for an oil change and alignment, and with the complimentary inspection, they let me know what was going on now and what to expect in the future without making me feel pressured to do any of the work immediately. Matthew was amazing to work with, and it was great to meet the owner Chris as well - all the people that work here seem to be so nice and welcoming. Thank y'all so much!
