“This store is amazing. We dropped off a pile of clothes and were given a time range of when to call back. When we called back we got an offer and explanation of the offer without any issues.
We were shocked, after
being in several similar stores, how clean and organized this store was. When we came to settle up we began looking around and found loads of higher end gently used clothing. Ultimately, we ended up using our offer to buy more stuff for our 3 kids.
I read a couple of the other reviews and I have no idea how you could have a bad experience in this store.
We will be back for sure!”

“I had an amazing experience today I'm so obsessed with Jcpenneys and the customer service is top notch the workers are very friendly, and knowledgeable. Today I went to the makeup session and Autumn and the other associates were amazing I was greeted and helped right away which I love. They helped me find everything I needed and Autumn who checked me out is a sweetheart she was very friendly and kept a smile on her face. She made my shopping experience smooth. Plus I have a JCPenney credit card which I do get rewards and coupons who doesn't love free coupons… thank you Autumn for making my day amazing ?? ”

“As a 90s kid, Gap holds a special place in my heart. My wife needed some "basics" for an upcoming trip. I suggested we roll down to our neighborhood Gap. It was a great choice! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was like I was dropping $50k in Neiman Marcus! My wife found a bunch of plain items for her trip. 10/10 Gap!
You can hate on Gap as much as you want. But Gap is way better (and cheaper) than any Instagram fast-fashion brand. This day in age, I'd rather support Gap than Amazon/Instagram cash-grab campaigns.”

I really appreciate her patience and assistance in helping me walk out with what I was looking for instead of having to do an online order.”
“Shelves were stocked, not necessarily in size order, but they did have stuff in stock. You had to check around the area because they were mixed, probably from people putting things back wrong. The staff were busy but available for assistance when asked. Not too long of a check out line. It's in a large shopping center so you can find parking; maybe not really close, but there are usually some spots open.”
“I'm one of those Athleta devotees too. This isn't my preferred location, because Cherry Creek isn't my favorite mall. I tend to buy online more often because I need tall sizes. I wish they'd carry tall sizes in store! But I was in the area and had to return an item, so I paid this store a visit. The customer service representative was very helpful and friendly. I was in and out quickly. My one gripe is that I had to pay for parking just to spend 15 minutes returning an item. This is not, however, Athleta's fault.”
“Great store. The layout is always clean and organized. It is not overly crowded with merchandise so you can quite easily see all of the clothing without having to rummage through things (like at a store like Forever 21). The staff is always helpful, especially Michael -- always goes the extra mile. I love how they price match whatever sale is going on online. Will continue to be a repeat customer!”
“My first job was at a rainbow and i love it still. Their plus size section is amazing and their prices are low. Their bra section is so good too with low prices so i can get alot there. It's just overpacked and hard to move around. With a wheelchair or walker its impossible.”

“Terrific experience! I had to change an afternoon appointment to earlier so I went in shortly after they opened to see what could be done. Jessica took me for my haircut right away. She listened to what I wanted and then gave me the best haircut I've had in a while. My hair lays beautifully whether I air dry it or put product in and use a hair dryer. Love it!”
“This is a new store on the lower level of the Park Meadows Mall. They have a large selection of clothing for both men and women in various different styles. The customer service is good, but the employees stay mainly around the registers with ringing up customer sales. I was able to find something here I liked that was both stylish and reasonably priced. Checkout was fast and easy.”

“I've come here about 15 times, They always have a great bunch or different types of clothes, especially in the summertime, like flowy dress, Corky shirts, flip flops, swimsuits and more The workers are very kind and always ask if you need assistance looking for something. The line is long sometimes, but that's because of the staff shortage.”
