I'm a little surprised at how low the rating is for this location. The employees are always so kind, helpful and patient. Everyone is friendly and says hello. It's the best customer service I've seen at any bank, hands down. I have never been there when there was long line or I had to wait for more than one person in front of me. Anytime I have to go to Chase, I go to this location.

Hello Everyone. Few weeks ago I came to this branch to do a simple thing, is to change billing address and update name on the debit card. First, I been told at 9 am that there are no bankers available right now. They currently at the meeting and I need to come back. I was surprised that there are no banker available at 9 am. That same day I came back again. The whole thing took around 30+ which is not efficient at all. The point of the story, I been waiting for new debit card for almost 2 weeks and nothing has been changed “name”. This branch wasted my time indeed. Well deserved.

Ruby was amazing! My son and I came in to open up bank accounts and she gave us top notch service. She is very competent, efficient, professional and thorough. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of . Thanks Ruby!!! :)

This branch and this bank is the most inconvenience banking system I ever had. I'm whether deal with a credit union than any chase banks again.

Masks are a personal choice. If you want to force your employees into it that is fine. However, my rights trump your poor decision making.

Nick Bernhardt was very helpful! He helped my wife and I get the perfect account that best fit our needs, he answered every question we had and was very sweet and laid back. I highly recommend asking for him if you are needing to open an account or have any questions about ANYTHING!

I needed a notary for a 100 page contract with a lot of pages to notarize throughout and Liz was super helpful. She let me make an appointment, was ready for me when I came in, and did not rush me to complete the documents. Chase was the closests to my office and I only have a small account with them (less than $10K) so I felt the service was excellent.

The bank teller I had just 5 minutes ago was super sweet quick, and she noticed that I was wearing a rainbow bandana and trans pride flag pin and asked me for my preferred pronouns. And it absolutely made my day!

I called the branch closest to me and i got told that my daily limit could be overridden by the main office, then i get told that it's impossible to do and need to put more money in the account now when the banks were closing, i told them that banks were closed here at that time, i also didn't know i had a daily limit no one ever told me this as well, but branch told me that it could be raised and get told something different very very very disappointed and frustrated
