I went in for a gift for my wife for our anniversary. I almost immediately knew she wasn’t going to like anything from this store because we are still only in our late 30s so the style was too “mature”. Even still, I was bullied into a sale with the promise I could return the purse that I told the sales person I wasn’t sure about. “If she doesn’t like it just bring it back and you can return it no problem.”
As suspected, my wife hated the bag and I tried to return it only to be denied by a different employee claiming they could only give me store credit because they have a 24 hour return policy.
What ever happened to customer service?

Their showroom is exquisite and their designers are there for your every need with excellent expertise and making “your” dreams come true, not theirs! I cannot say enough about Carla’s A Classic Design and the family who owned and run it! The store Is stunningly gorgeous with unique and beautiful decorative furnishings and accessories for your home. And for the holiday season they transform Carla‘s into a winter wonderland of beauty and awe. Carla’s is one of my absolute favorite places to shop. The staff is so kind and considerate and helpful. They always make you feel welcome and comfortable and you always leave with an amazing smile on your face.Carla‘s design team will design your home not only to your style but to your life! They will listen and help you realize your vision for your home and then make it your dream home.

The quality, uniqueness and friendliness of the store is incredible.
It’s like setting foot into the sitcom Designing Women or onto the set of Steel Magnolias.

I love Carla’s A Classic Design Store. I walk in and I’m surrounded by all things beautiful. I can spend hours in the store looking at every little thing in every nook & cranny.
