I have used Budget Transmission several times now. Gary and Garret have been great to work with. The prices are reasonable, and the service has been outstanding. They are quick to answer the phone and any questions I have. I will continue to use them with my fleet and personal vehicles for the foreseeable future.

I didn’t know I could find a shop that would rebuild the most complicated part on any modern car, but I found it! All dealers and other shops will charge you twice the amount to REPLACE your transmission, not fix it. It’s a rare company that does this and it’s an unfortunate symptom of our throwaway and replace culture. It took less than a week and his parts were in stock. Be prepared to pay double at a dealership.

Thank you so much Gary for your honesty. You didn't blow smoke up my behind & tell me you could fix the transfer case for $$$ much. You let me know that it had been misdiagnosed & that the noise is coming from the crank shaft & that you felt the car was going to be a money pit at this point. I started looking into the average cost of all the repairs needed & you are correct... way more than the car is worth.

Do NOT go to this place there’s nothing budget about the transmission prices. They are racist and disrespectful and like to argue and call names. That’s on top of holding your car for a ridiculous amount of time and giving it back with more problems than you left it with. As a military vet I’ve never worked with someone more disrespectful or unprofessional don’t waste your money!

I had my Silverado towed to budget transmission and Garry was extremely polite and professional and I received my truck back within two weeks at an affordable price and with a pretty good warranty. I was happy to have my truck back fast as I have had a horrible experience with another transmission shop in the past. I would definitely recommend Budget transmission

Need to find good customer service representatives. Talking about being superman away vision when I'm asking for an specific service. No you need to bring it in so we can tell you everything that you are not asking for.
