I took my car in because I started to hear a sound that you might hear if two small pieces of loose metal were hitting against one another while driving. I was told that my left strut was broken and that both struts should be replaced to the tune of $1,200. When I drove off back home after the repairs, I heard the exact same sound. I returned my car and was told by another mechanic that he found a small pebble somewhere inside my car and that it was the reason for the sound that I heard.
The sad thing is, this is not the first time this shop has charged me unexpectedly for a lot of money.

i recently had my car serviced here twice and i was really happy with the experience. the team was super friendly and explained everything clearly which was great because i’m not a car expert. they got the job done quickly - even went an extra mile (literally) to buy the car parts from the dealership due to rarity. highly recommend.

Well I've been taking all my cars here for 17 years and loved them, but my last 2 visits were horrible. I brought my wife's car in to have brakes fixed, A/C fixed and there was a noise?? After leaving the ca there for 2 days NOTHING was fixed. I brought it back and they said they'd fix it. Again, NOTHING was fixed. I took the car down the street and it was all fixed in 3 hours. Never going back. This place has gone down hill.

Ethan and his team did a great job servicing and fixing my AC. They did a complete inspection of the system and were able to identify the issue. They ordered the part and scheduled me for service. The whole process was smooth and communication was good the whole time. I’d come back for work here again.

Had an alignment service after hitting a curb. Impressed from the initial contact to schedule a time to completion of the service. Friendly staff who fixed the problem as required. No attempts to sell me more than needed. Felt a high degree of honesty and integrity from this location. Was offered a bonus coupon to use at checkout to give me a great price. Couldn't of had a better experience.

ladies, dont come here alone. you're not respected
took my honda civic in for a brake inspection with 57k miles. this place told me I needed new rotors and brake pads front and back, and new calipers in the back. the estimate suddenly dropped 400 when I said my dad would review before I made a decision. finally got new front brake pads only elsewhere, said it was early too, didnt really need them yet.

Had a very frustrating time getting my tire fixed recently, was told multiple different things by multiple different places and even waited up to 2.5 hours just to have nothing done until I came here. Chris was very helpful and got my truck in and the issue figured out right away. Marlan was able to fix it no problem with minimal issues compared to what I was told from other stores. I am very satisfied with the service from here and will be a continued customer going forward because of them. Thanks for the great service and workers.
