“I took my car to Cisco in a panic after my hood flew up into my windshield on the freeway. I was paying out of pocket and I couldn’t afford the initial estimate. Cisco personally called me back and worked with me and my budget all while being completely transparent about what is essential, what can be salvaged from the car and whatnot. A week and a half after that I get a call from Chris telling me it’s ready so I went in yesterday morning to pick it up.
