Couldn't be happier with my experience with the Parts Department at this dealership. I had an issue with a lock on my panniers and their team, instead of just selling me the new part outright, had me come back with the cases and they got the lock back working as good as new. I know this is such a little thing but that level of service and care really makes a huge difference. The next time I need any parts for my GS, a service job I can't handle, or if I need a new BMW I know BMW of Denver will 100% be my first choice. Thanks!

I can say without a doubt that this is the best motorcycle dealer in Denver. Alex's service went above and beyone when purchasing my G 310 GS as well as my F 850 GSA. He's a consumate BMW enthusiast (cars, too) and he never leaves you wanting more information or assistance.My visit today had me all over the store - and had all of the staff gathered around my cause to deliver well beyond my expectations for something that I didn't even know I wanted.From sales to finance to the receptionist chick with her best friend the space heater - everyone here is an example of exceptional customer service.Thanks to all of them. I'll be blowing money here on a regular basis.

I have always been skeptical about going to a "stealership" for maintenance and parts. This location has proved me wrong on several occasions. Most recently, I purchased some antifreeze for a k1600gt. The price ended up being comparible to the best price I could find online. They surprised me again when I went to buy new tires and they beat the "discount" Denver area motorcycle shops prices. They also took care of me last time I went in for service. I will continue to use this location for BMW motorcycle parts and service.

Well, on September I diced to look to Buy a BMW1250GSA.i chat and somebody was going to call me back he did MR. Alex, I ask different question ,i ask if could send me information about the bike. Still waiting for it?? Very disappointed.I Went to Foothills dealer ship and got 1 motorcycle.

All al last minute on the day, Linda of BMW Denver managed to fit our rental from Hertz Ride in ( we had been riding for 4 days) to get 2 new tires and all brake pads replaced on the hired R18. She managed all this during one of their busiest days and much thanks to her and the team at BMW Denver, brilliant service, thanks

The service advisors are great, especially Linda, she’s awesome. (5-stars for her).Behind the garage door, the tech team does not provide quality service, not in my experience anyway. Oil/coolant leaks repaired multiple times under warranty. It still leaked after warranty repairs. I was so tired of this leak and scheduled a 3d warranty appointment.However, prior to that 3d appointment, I looked into the leak myself. I found the issue under the tank, an unsecured clamp to a hose attaching to the bottom of the airbox. I don’t work on the bike, BMW works on the bike. My only conclusion here is that the clamp came loose or it was missed by the techs during a warranty/service.And every time I pick up my bike. A new scratch on the fairings, new smudges and marks on my exhaust. Like, why can’t the tech team just take care of my bike as if it were their own bike? What happened to quality service? I keep giving the service team the benefit of the doubt, but I keep getting let down.I called the service manager about the scratches and smudges. Mentioned that they don’t take off those fairings for warranty repairs and there’s nothing he can do. Almost made me feel as if I put the scratches there. Almost. I know for a fact, they weren’t there. Anyway, he couldn’t purchase touch up paint or provide any helpful advice. Kinda left me with a “just deal with it” attitude.

In 2021, during our cross-country journey, we encountered an unexpected setback when we discovered that our GS1250 shaft was faulty. Unfortunately, there were no available shafts in the US, so the only option was to order one from Germany. This unexpected delay meant we had to wait for two weeks to get it fixed.Thankfully, the person at the dealership who took care of us was incredibly helpful and understanding. They promptly assisted us in filing the trip interruption papers, ensuring that we received reimbursement for all the expenses incurred during the unplanned stop.We cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service provided by this dealer. Their support and efficiency turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one, making our cross-country journey memorable for all the right reasons.

There's a reason I go out of my way to visit BMW of Denver vs a dealer that's closer to me. The level of customer service they provide is unparalleled! From sales/parts to service they are knowledgable, personable, and will go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. Linda in service is a particular gem and is always eager to make sure your bike is in good hands! I've worked in moto dealerships before and know what it takes to provide a good experience, one these folks constantly deliver!

Alex over at BMW helped me walk out with my 2022 BMW S1000RR and I couldn't be any more satisfied. He was helpful, informative and super responsive even when he wasn't working which was super awesome. A few weeks after ownership I popped my rear tire and Alex and the service staff helped me in every way possible. I highly recommend this dealership.
