Everyone I talked to was extremely friendly and helpful. I stopped by to get one part and they made me feel very at home from the moment I walked up to the door as they held it open for me. In this day and age it is incredibly rare to find so many people who are friendly and waiting to help and answer any questions I had. Top notch service!

On a road trip from Quebec, we arrived at the dealer on Friday the 26th of August with what I thought was a failing drive shaft, I was right but it also resulted in a failed final drive on my girlfriend’s 2018 1200GS. Within 20 minutes the bike was in the shop for a diagnostic, 30 minutes later we had all the failed parts in front of us.
My first thought was, it’s the end of the road trip, at best we will be here a week for repairs. Linda form the service department, what an angel, tells us they probably have all the parts and it turns out they do, so I figured Monday we will be good to go. She says you will be good to go tomorrow and at 11h00 on Saturday we were on our way.
Thank you very much Linda, the mechanics and BMW of Denver Downtown, they know the meaning of service ???♂️

Love the bike! Buying experience was smooth, and the service department is phenomenal and completed my break in-service in a timely manner!
Shout-out to Tara in the parts department for going out of her way to ensure that riders are safe.
Wish I ordered the bike with a few more options. Nonetheless, it's been a blast!

$329.28 OIL CHANGE!!! Took my 350cc Scooter in for first BMW "running-in" check service at 600 miles, BMW OF DENVER charged me $329.28 for an OIL CHANGE!
How long did it take - 2 DAYS TO COMPLETE even though I had made an appointment weeks in advance. Service advisor commented that technicians were on vacation and my scooter was a "little bike". I guess I should apologize for inconveniencing the service department with a $329.28 oil change on a "little bike" built in TAIWAN and rebadged as a BMW.
When I questioned the $329.28 charge for changing 1.8 quarts of oil, the service advisor commented that a lot more was done. I looked at the itemized service receipt and it included checking air pressure in tires, looking at brake fluid level, and resetting the service indicator.
In summary, MY OPINION is $329.28 to change 1.8 quarts of oil on a 350cc scooter MADE IN TAIWAN is price gouging.
Other observations - Service Advisor was wearing a Rolex. The watch was gift from the owner to the Service Advisor for numerous years of service. Congratulations to the Service Advisor but why a Rolex???
I welcome a response from the BMW of Denver dealership but I am actively looking for another place to service my 350cc scooter from TAIWAN.

I purchased a used BMW from BMW of Denver. We made arrangements with a salesman over the phone as we were in another state. We were assured the bike was serviced and ready to go. We asked the salesman several times about the condition of the air filter and oil due to the bike having been ridden off road. The price was decent based on the description, low mileage(less than 10k) and pictures. We flew out to Denver and got a Lyft to the dealership. The bike looked as expected from pictures-worn out tires, mud caked on the exhaust a few scratches from previous owner. Test ride was successful and after a brief orientation we were off toward home. On the trip as I was getting to know all of the settings and features I realized the tire pressure monitors were not working. Once home I checked the air filter and found it and the air filter was packed full of dirt and the airbox, throttle bodies and cylinder had way too much dirt in them. I called and talked to two different people at the dealership and was told to put a new filter in and "just run it". Not what I wanted to hear! I also discovered during the conversation that someone had changed the wheels (which had brand new Motoz Adventure tires mounted to them) before listing it and that was why the tire monitors didn't work. They never calibrated them to the bike! I bought a GS911 and did it myself. All in all my expectations for this dealership, based on several recommendations, were not met. I now have a bike I plan to keep for a very long time but I'm not fully confident that it will last.

I recently brought my BMW motorcycle in for its first service, and the experience was disappointing from the start. My appointment was scheduled for noon. When I arrived and checked in, I was asked if I would be leaving my motorcycle behind. I explained that I rode in and inquired about loaner bikes, only to be told that none were available. This is unusual, as other BMW Motorrad dealers typically offer loaners, but I was willing to overlook it.
When I asked how long the service would take, I was informed it would take an hour. However, I was then told they were running behind schedule and it would actually take three hours. I was puzzled as to why I wasn’t informed earlier, which would have saved me the inconvenience of waiting around. The response I received was that they were too busy to notify me.
I understand that delays can occur, but a simple call would have demonstrated basic customer service and respect for my time. Due to this lack of communication and consideration, I have decided to take my motorcycle to a different dealership for future services.

We went over to check on some bikes and we were on the parking comparing my buddies bike and this guy came out with a bad attitude asking what’s going on, we told him we were just looking at bike and he said those are customers bikes some people steals stuff from them. Like we were there to steal. The employee here completely missed his chance to make a good impression and instead lost future customer. His assumption made us feel as if we cannot come to look at bikes and enjoy our hobby. Make sure when you park here to park away from other bikes. If not, they may assume you are there to steal parts.

I worked with Alex who was not a pushy salesman at all. I took time in finding the right motorcycle and Alex was there every step of the way. As Alex said, "we want to sell you a motorcyle but we want to sell you the right motorcyle". I am pleased with the BMW that I purchased, and plan to make BMW Centennial the place where I purchase my next one. I also would like to thank Bill McConnell CEO of BMW Centennial. When there was a paperwork issue Bill took care of it immediately. Also, Bill is just a nice person!!! He is someone you can have a conversation with about anything. Very respectful, very professional, very friendly. The entire staff was top notch, from the ladies behind the counter to the entire sales team. Thank you!

A great big thank you to the entire staff at BMW of Denver Motorcycle.
I had the unthinkable happen last weekend while riding on a CO highway, I struck a concrete paving block while riding at highway speed and luckily didn't lay my '22 R1250RT down. Did some permanent damage to both front and rear tires & rims.
Lucky me l listened to Earl at purchase time and got tire and wheel coverage and everything was covered.
A couple years after purchasing my new bike from BMW of Denver and I'm still grateful for their experience at all levels. The salesman Pascal put me on the perfect bike, Earl steered me in the right direction and got me setup with the right service contract that not only fit my budget but paid dividends. I can't say enough good things about the service depart who always greet me with a smile. Thank you Scott and Linda and all the others I missed. I hope the pizza was delicious!
