While I feel like the current times are complicated in the real estate business, Bill was able to get us pre-approved quickly which in turn made it easy to make offers and get under contract. He was also able to get us locked into a rate as rates increased. We are happy to be in our new home.

My husband and I refinanced our home with the same mortgage guy who helped us finance our home a year ago, Bill. Bill is knowledgeable and always on cue with the numbers. Bill is an absolute ROCKSTAR! We connected with him through our Relator and we could instantly see why he is her go-to mortgage broker.We were using a VA loan to get into our first home and admittedly had no clue what we were getting into. We’d talked to a couple other lenders and they were uniformly pushy and condescending. We didn’t have a lot of trust in them but just thought that was how it was. We couldn’t have been more wrong!Bill takes his time to explain things thoroughly and correctly. His honest and open discussion about what we can realistically expect in this market was refreshing and encouraging--even though we weren’t dealing with the biggest budget. He plainly said that he wanted us to get into a place we loved and to do it without being “house poor” just to get into something.He kept up communication regularly with my partner, myself, and our Relator to make sure we were heading on the right track at all times. He works with multiple lenders so he was able to leverage his network and experience to get us a great rate and into our new home.Bill was there every step of the way with details and explanations for anything that we had questions on. As first-time homebuyers, we really appreciated that.
