store is always messy and bare at the same time. Never has anything in stock. What gives? At least when they do have it, customer service is good

We had an excellent experience with a sales associate, Dani. She was knowledgeable and a joy to work with. She located the printer we wanted to purchase at a different store, then called that store and had it held for us. She also reminded us of price matching and an instant rebate with trade-in of our old printer.We just heard that the Southglenn store is closing in March. I hope Dani will be moving to the Park Meadows location. She will be an asset wherever she ends up!

Visited this store to purchase a new iPad for my daughter. I was never greeted, or asked if I needed assistance. I waited 20 minutes before I saw an employee walk by at which point I asked for help, he advised he works in geek squad and there are other people who will eventually come and help. I waited another 10-15 minutes and no one came. The three people working at the store stood up front the entire time joking around. A lady walked in and within 2 minutes was immediately assisted and completed her purchase. I guess I wasn’t the right color or gender for the same type of customer service.

Store hours recently changed”um Like a week ago duh” According to the employee, I caught on the way out. I need to place a return for a courier gig that it remain open would not allow me to acquire new gigs in the morning. I ended up managing to solve the problem myself, but was very put off by duh as well as absolutely zero indication, anywhere online or physically at the store that the store hours had changed. A place of business has been open for so long and has had the same hours for so long. It would be completely ideal for everyone involved to indicate somewhere anywhere that the store hours have changed instead of just leaving it be.

They didn't have anything in stock. Second time I went there and they did not have the vacuum filters I was looking for so I went somewhere else.

No one available to assist with a phone purchase. The rep that became available was AT&T only. Did not offer to get a Best Buy associate to assist. Short staff and unwilling to assist with a non AT&T sale of 2 phones and Tablet. I'll order from someplace else.

I'm a young person who rarely complains about his type of stuff but I went in to buy a new TV and an employee was standing by the video game isle literally staring me down... He was standing far off and obviously not trying help me or be around if I asked for help, just looming watching me.It was a extremely uncomfortable and weird, I looked up at him a couple of times and he would look away but then continue to just stare directly at me while I was checking out the TVs, I eventually looked at him shook my head and left the store,they had a pretty pitiful selection of TVs and I will absolutely not be returning to any best buy after this experience. You can tell this one is on its way to closing anyway, I went to Costco who had a ton of TVs to pick from and was helped by friendly workers.

Their customer service center will tell you things that the store will then deny. There is currently no way to call an actual Best Buy store and see what they’re individual policies are, and the customer service team has no idea what a store will accept or allow. Truly terrible service.

I placed an order online for curbside pickup. My order was ready for pickup no more than 20 minutes after I placed the order. In my experience Best Buy usually takes an hour minimum- so this was a nice surprise!I arrived and an associate was out in less than a couple of minutes. Fast, friendly, and convenient.
