I love Bath and body works so many scents, candles and oil diffuser selections. They also have Men's sprays now that smell so delicious.

This is by far the best Bath & Body Works that I have shopped at here. I met with the new manager and she is really awesome.. I love their customer service and they are very helpful in what you are looking for to make you and your home smell really good Will be back for the semi-annual sale!

Kudos to the staff working Wednesday night! I was greeted warmly and helped by every person working. Cleaning was happening all throughout the store, and the staff was cheery, friendly and very helpful. The woman standing near the front door in a red apron was accosted by a rude couple who had parked in a handicap spot and was asked by a security guard to move. The man complained loudly returning back into the store and the couple continued to be incredibly rude to the staff. I was worried I had parked in the wrong spot or that parking was paid for parking only so I asked a staff member if I needed to move, and she politely said no. The staff handled the negative comments very professionally and continued to help all guests in store with the same kindness and helpfulness. Everything I needed was on sale, and I walked out with more than I was looking for. I will be back!

My fiance accidentally parked in between 2 parking spots because the lanes in front of the store are faded. Security came in and told him to move our car without a ticket, being extremely nice and gracious. All of the staff started gossiping and staring at me while he was out of the store, making me feel insecure and unconfortable. The manager followed me around treating me like a criminal. Once we checked out our one item, she was extremely rude. I have been there a bunch of times but never again will I step foot in that store specifically. Staff was very unprofessional.

Been in several times. Manager not very friendly when needed to exchange items. Will not go back to this location. Other ones are much nicer customer service wise
