I brought my dog in for a teeth cleaning on Monday. By Wednesday she had a little blood in her pooh. I called Banfield . They suggested chicken and rice. That night and into the next morning she vomited 7 times. Refused to eat. Obviously I made an appointment with a different vet. While waiting for the appointment, my dog had pure blood diarrhea three times. After hours at the vet I brought her home. The next morning she was worse. I then brought her to the ER. She stayed in the ER for 28hrs. So many times I thought that I would lose my baby. It was a awful emotional experience. Plus financially, a teeth cleaning ended up costing $6800. Bru still isn't 100%. So consider her story before choosing Banfield.

One of the vets is really great and so ilare her technicians. However, the front desk associates are unprofessional. They complain about customers in front of other costumers and put people on hold when there's no one at the desk or on the phone already. Sense of urgency is low and they aren't empathetically listen to their clientele.

Avoid this Banfield if you care about your pets. Their management is terrible and doesn't care. Vets say one thing and do another. Lose track of your pets while in their care, treat them for the wrong thing, and act like they don't matter. Horrible!I have reported ongoing incidents over the past year to Banfield corporate and they do nothing to address the abysmal situation at this clinic. As a Wellness Plan holder for over 12+ years with this location, I have watched it completely implode. Multiple inexcusable recent incidents at this clinic. I wont be going back. This location truly just needs to be closed for safety.

5 stars for Jason, who went above and beyond (staying late and calling corporate to make sure everything was correct) in helping me get signed up correctly on the OWPs for being an employee at Banfield! He was so calm, and put my mind at ease after a stressful appt for my pups!

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS WHO WILL PURPOSELY HARM YOUR ANIMAL TO MAKE MORE MONEY OFF OF THEM! I cannot even begin to explain how heartless these people are. I brought my kitten in for a kitten exam and beginning vaccinations. Everything went fine. They even got me to sign up for a care plan! They told me "it's everything a kitten needs for their first year, including surgeries!" So I got it. I woke up two days later to my kitten shaking, crying and limping. I brought him back to Banfield. They tell me they are recommending x rays. They will be $450. I explain that I don't have that and that I'm on the care plan. They tell me that the care plan only covers low level check ups. Everything else is out of pocket. $60 a month for nothing. Okay. I call my mother and get the $450. They then tell me that they have no appointments to see him and that "he's in immense pain and needs emergency surgery". They sell me some "pain medication" and basically tell me to leave. Something about all of this is weird. I call an emergency vet. CVSG. They get my kitten in. Get him x rayed and give him antibiotics. Banfield had decided to give my kitten all his vaccinations in his right back leg. Which is not normal. My kitten is having a reaction. Also the medication Banfield gave him is known to raise temperature. He had 103 temp when banfield saw him and they gave him meds that raised his temp to 104. I went cvsg and they did his X-rays and a antibiotic for $300. Less than what Banfield wanted just for x rays. Banfield is a heartless cash grabbing scheme. The nurse practically salivated when she told me he would need x rays. She also then told me "he probably needs an emergency surgery and a cast" before even scheduling an x ray appointment. Please. If you love your animals, don't take them here! Got to CVGS. They actually care about your animal and not bleeding your pockets dry. Banfield how can you even claim to care about animals? Shame on you! I hope one day you feel as sad and hopeless as those you sell your useless care plans to feel.

Please do not take your pet here. I did not have one positive experience in the year I was a member. Not once was I able to speak directly to the vet. Information is relayed through the front desk, to the vet tech, to the Doctor, back to the vet tech, and back to the front desk. There were no notes in my account about the progress of my dogs anxiety issues after a year. Was told contradicting information about my pets medicine regularly from multiple associates. I can’t say enough bad things about my year with Banfield. Please save yourself the money and frustration and take your pets somewhere other than Banfield.

Please don't ever sign up for a wellness plan with them. It has been absolutely awful over the year. I ended up having to pay to have my dog spayed somewhere else. My dog has been traumatized more than once and they recommended pulling her tooth when it was unnecessary. There have been so many things that have gone wrong and I really hope no one has an experience like mine. Pay the money to go to a veterinarian private practice that has experience and actually cares about your dog. This place is a machine and all they want is your money.

The staff at the Centennial Banfield always accommodate my Pom Jax and they take wonderful care of him. I can rest easy knowing he is with them when I am worried. I am grateful to have their team be a part of Jax's health and wellness journey.

They took my cat back into the surgical room to place his IV for the medication. My cat was brought back to me to hold and say goodbye. They began injecting the medication into the IV and nothing happened. The doctor said she thinks the IV wasn't in the vein properly and it was due to his low blood pressure. My cat was clearly in distress and pain. I was heartbroken. I've never seen my cat suffer so badly. They picked him up to take him back to the surgical room and try again. I asked if I could just go with them to be with him during his final moment. I didn't want him to be moved back and forth as he was suffering. They said I could not enter the back room. I could hear my cat yowling through the door. A couple minutes later the doctor came back and told me my cat coded on the table. I was shocked and numb. This has left me traumatized beyond belief.

I went to the wrong location and missed my appointment but the highlands ranch location booked me an appointment, at the last minute. Big shout out to Aubrey for her assistance and kindness.

I've taken my dogs here and now I've brought my bunny here. My doc. was very nice and educational, she answered all my questions. Great front staff as well.
