What a bad time I had here, I am a mechanic with a commercial account, if I did not show my ID they would not sell to me, I had a very bad time here and they only ask for it to put it on my receipt by number

Went to autozone yesterday because I was having issues with my car battery and wanted to get it checked out and Zach was amazing! He was extremely helpful. Autozone has continuously been my go to place for my car batteries over the years and I have always been satisfied with the customer service here!

Came in leaking oil all over after just getting my oil changed in Evergreen, Dev was able to check my oil and determined that it was overfilled. Amazing service, lovely guys!!

Big shout-out to Kent the Manager. I placed a pick up order and a week later after going to do the service i noticed that certain items were missing. I called up and they told me to stop by next thing in the morning, Kent fixed this without issue and was really helpful. I enjoy going to this AutoZone because of people like Kent and his staff. Thanks again!
