I have been having problems off and on with this location for years, but this is the straw that broke the camel's back. I broke my side-view mirror and needed it replaced. I called AutoNation for a quote, and I decided to have them do the work. At that time, they also confirmed that they had to order a part, but they would have it by the time of my appointment. When I showed up, I was told that the quote hadn't included labor, which almost doubled the price. But I was already there, so I stayed. Then, after an hour of waiting, I was told that they had forgotten to order the part, and I had to come back. I rescheduled it for the weekend (I don't live close.) I also was told that I would have to have the mirror cap painted. They eventually took $200 off, but this was less than the labor cost. And I lost hours of time that I didn't have. I feel like I was sold a bill of goods. And now I have to find someone to paint my mirror top because they don't match.I'm never going back. Now. At least two of my family members are not going back. And after reading this, I hope you don't go here as well.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

After a mixup with scheduling, was able to get in for a first time oil change without actually having an appointment the same day. Service department was busy, but very easy to deal with, and very grateful they were able to squeeze me in without having to reschedule. Great customer service! Wait time was minimal. Definitely recommend!

I recently purchased a used 2020 Subaru Forester from another dealer. I was a little worried about it so I decided to take it to Autonation to have it checked out. They were fantastic. Everyone was super nice, professional and helpful. I’d like to recognize both Travis and Jordan as they were the two people I worked with. I will make sure I always use Autonation for my service.

I've always been taken care of at this Subaru on Arapahoe Rd. Travis my service advisor recently was super friendly, informative, and diligent at helping take care of me when I had to leave my car there overnight unexpectedly. He was prompt at calling me first thing in the morning and caring of my request to have repairs completed for an afternoon appointment I had an hour away and needed my car for. Thank you Travis and the repair technicians for the help. I've been using this location for sevices since 2021 even though I bought my Subaru elsewhere.

Terrible service. I had been jump starting my car for 2 weeks and told me my battery just needed charging.it was dead the next day I went to Schomp Subaru and the battery failed the tester.I felt like automation never even looked at the battery and they would never return a phone call.Very disappointed
