Have used them for quite a while now. Just had a service done by Sheldon on my copier. He fixed the problem and then helped me get my copier printing on some glossy paper that I had given up on. He not only fixed my copier but saved me $200 on a case of paper that I thought was never going to work. Well done!

Sheldon is a true hero. Not only did he help us get our copy machine back up and running, but he also ensures you are educated on the repairs he is completing. He is prompt, professional and a great communicator. So happy, to have Shelon as our copy machine technician, making our business needs a breeze!

We had some problem with our new Xerox printer on 2/29. I made a service call. Sheldon Straber attempted to come fix the printer same day but it would have been after hours. He arrived early in the morning on 3/1 and fixed the printer quickly so that our business was not impacted at all. Sheldon clearly communicated the issues with printer and solved them promptly! Thank you Sheldon and ABT!

We have been dedicated customers for over 8 years but noticed a decline in service over the last year with what we were told was "New Management". Our toners never show up anymore (they promised it would be automatic), when we are lucky enough to receive them the locations and contacts are wrong, or they get lost and blame us, our invoicing is a dumpster-fire and can never be reconciled and we are met with either no response from our sales rep or rude responses from people that pass us from person to person. Even the tech support we pay for is a dizzying, confusing, plummeting spiral of lethargy that will never be solved and about bring you to tears. Today we all officially decided that we and all of our locations are officially FINISHED with this circus side-show. We have RETIRED from dealing with ABP and their disparaging approach to customer service.

The contract with these guys wasvery confusing from the start. Richard, the IT tech that came and helped was wonderful. However we had a lot of issues with billing and poor customer service with the office. Trying to explain over and over again what an issue is, without having to be sold a different solution would have been nice. We paid for a package that included IT service and yet when we needed it, (the two times we did) we were treated like a bother AND told we are being charged extra for this service. Nope, I think we can just handle our own printing and copying needs. Thanks

I have been trying to get ahold of someone for over a week. I dropped off a printer to be repaired ~2 weeks ago (just an all-in-one printer for home use) I paid $100 for repair on. I have gotten no call, no follow-up. I was told there would be a 3-4 day turnaround by the front desk. I have tried every single contact number. I've left a voicemail at each number. I even got ahold of someone at one of these numbers and the young woman on the phone told me someone would call me back. Nothing. I needed my printer repaired since I'm now unemployed and need it for self-employment. $100 was not easy for me to shell out. I'm beyond upset and cannot get ahold of anyone STILL.

Terrific experience! I dropped a vintage printer off on a longshot that it could be brought to life. The staff there, Amy, Paige, and John took a personal interest in my situation. The machine is chugging along after John's magic touch and perseverance. It's quite clear that ABT retains excellent people that enjoy serving customers well together. Thank you!

I am very impressed and happy with the ABT techs. They are always so friendly and can immediately identify an issue and fix it. They are definitely experts at what they do. They are also fast. I just reported an issue with my copier last night and Sheldon was out here this morning fixing it and so friendly. Thank you!

ABP helped me navigate through the stressful process of getting into new copier leases for our Louisville, CO offices. Fred has helped us with our copiers and printers for about 10 years now and his knowledge of the industry is second to none. When I was researching competitive bids other companies flat out told me they wouldn't be able to beat ABP's price and they knew of Fred by name :) The service and sales departments are simple to work with and you don't have to jump through hoops to get warranty work or service done. A+ service!

I had Nate and Sheldon over to set up and network my new copier at my home office. Both guys are very knowledgeable and so easy to communicate with. They answered all my questions and had me up and running in no time at all. They also set up my older printer, also from Automated Business Products, as my backup unit. Everyone I have dealt with at Automated Business Products, over the past 5 years, has been friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to keep their customers happy.
