“I stopped in to see if they could test my battery, and was greeted with a big smile and amazing attitude by Gregory (GM in training). It was, in fact, my battery that was about to go out. I was positive my battery was still under warranty, but I didn't have an account, so there wasn't an easy way to look it up. Most places would have just told me I was out of luck, but Gregory spent a great deal of time with me, trying to look up my last purchase in the system (even though it was from a different Advanced Auto location). We ended up finding that I was just outside of the warranty period, so I needed to purchase a new battery. Gregory got me all set up with a new account to store all of my purchases on, and found a better battery for my car that had a longer warranty, which I greatly appreciated. Jesse, the GM, was working alongside of Gregory and they both were extremely helpful and kind. I often get nervous going into foreign territory (like an auto parts shop) since I'm obviously out of my comfort zone when inside of these places, but I have always received amazing customer service at Advanced Auto Parts, regardless of the location. I do think I will drive across town to this location the next time, even though there are several closer to me, because this service just cannot be beat!”

“My car had been jumped twice prior to me arriving at AutoZone. The service recommended I get my battery tested so I called AutoZone on Arapahoe since I was nearby. Dev answered and answered my questions about the battery testing experience. I showed up and after Dev tested my battery I needed a new one. He was extremely helpful and assisted either installing my new battery.
With years of experience in working retail and restaurant jobs, what Dev offered was hospitality. His service and demeanor was so pleasant and kind. As a female that needed help in this space, I also felt respected. This location has my recommendation and I’m so grateful for Dev’s help!”

God I wish I wasn't so bad with names but Ill update this review next time I stop by. I recently purchased a 2018 Impreza and have been doing some work on it from preventative maintenance to body restoration and every time I need something I will pass by 3 other auto stores just to go to this one. Incredibly friendly, Willing to help and even look at your car to offer some advice they may have.

“Highly recommended - I bought a used snowplow for my Bobcat, and the fittings leaked from the minute I bought it. I took the lines in, and received very friendly service. Carl masterfully rebuilt a new hose with parts from my current hose due to the setup being a mix matched bunch of Asian and American parts, some of which they don't carry on hand (the Asian stuff it seemed). Once rebuilt, they have never leaked since, and it's been 1.5 seasons now. I recently had them make me another line to replace a short extension that was worn pretty bad on one of my attachments, and again, I received great customer service.”

I saw this O'Reillys, and went in only knowing that my coolant tank was completely empty and that it could be bad bad very bad if I didn't figure out how to cool the engine down. Owen was working, and not only was he able to figure out what needed to be done, but as I walked across the street to get food and awaited my radiator to cool he went ahead and did it for me! Oh, oh oh O'reillyyyyyy!! YAW!”

I ended up with a Subaru Outback being one of the top contenders. Salesman Ian responded to information requests and, when time came to visit the dealership, he provided friendly yet professional service. The car in essence sold itself during and after the test drive. The finance officer again was courteous yet businesslike, offering extra services and protection plans; we closed the deal and I drove the new vehicle home. It's been almost a week now and my satisfaction that this car was right for me has been reinforced every time I'm out with it.”

When we arrived he finished with his customer and immediately started showing us the vehicles we were interested in. Very helpful, listened to what we liked/didn’t like, and ultimately we walked away with the car we’ve always wanted. Although, start to finish was a little longer than we’d care for, we were very well taken care of and happy with the service of everyone who helped us.”
“$60,000 for a 2022 Ford Bronco. You'd expect to get what you pay for, right? There never should be a problem with a car I had owned for less than 2 weeks, but somehow there was. I bought my Bronco from Biener Ford in Great Neck, NY and proceeded to drive it cross-country. It was 108 degrees out and I was driving across Kansas when my AC stopped working. I called Beiner Ford in NY to ask for help, and they pretty much told me to "Go F myself". Unless I was bringing the car to them, they wouldn't bother to lift a finger. Meanwhile I was on I-70 westbound in bumblefruck nowhere Kansas and I was literally melting in the sun's rays. I called home and asked my pops to help me out. He found Groove Ford on his own after calling about 6 Ford Dealers in the Denver area. They were the only ones willing to help. I got to the dealer before the opened and was an unhappy Karen- type. I was PISSED that my brand new car could break. I even called Ford and asked them to buyback the brand new car. How angry I was that a new car could break and the dealer I bought it from could care less. Meanwhile a dealer who'd I'd never done business with could care sooo much and help me out of a jam. It took all day, but Groove ford was able to fix my car and I was able to get on my way. Huge props to their techs and customer service associates for helping me out of a jam and for helping me not melt in the 100 + degree temps. Thank you guys for having a first rate service shop with great people. You guys rock!”
“I am so happy with the services I received. Bought some Goodyear tire and huge bonus they we a little marked down with free install and balance for Black Friday! Huge difference from the experience I received at the store 9400 E Hampden. (Don’t ever visit that location.) I had to drive quite a bit further but it was worth it. Bill was awesome and listened to what I wanted to accomplish. He said it would be a couple hours which I expected because it was super busy and mission accomplished.
