Been going here since I moved out here to Colorado. Couldn't be happier to find this place that is down the street from where I live. The staff and the care that is given to your pet is top notch. Super friendly and very understandable if you're in a crunch to get them in.

They are very responsive and kind here. All vets are expensive, I’ve found, and the ones where they’re cheaper, you get what you pay for. That being said— this office has very nice staff who are happy to answer questions and concerns and approach issues with understanding. I tried another vet because I thought it would be cheaper, and they took poor care of my pet there. I came back here after and I am glad I did. I feel confident in the quality of their care and their warm bedside manner.

The service was very professional. After the procedure someone checked on how our doggie was doing. The staff was caring and easy to get a hold of. We are very pleased with Aurora Animal Hospital!!

We will not go anywhere else, this is absolutely the most caring, professional, comprehensive and trustworthy vet and hospital that any animal and their parents should use! We’ve tried others and NONE can compare. Their communication with us is outstanding and we always feel heard. We are on our second animal to go there. We have to drive quite a distance to get to AAH but it is SO worth it to us. Their charges for testing and visits are very fair and less than most!

Our animals have been going to this vet for years. Long enough that the current animals are not the one we started going here with. They are 2 miles from my house and one afternoon my wife calls me over in a panic because the dog is unable to move. I grab the dog and head up to his vet which is the closest animal thing near my house. When I get there the parking lot is empty.. I grab the dog and go inside. He is acting a lot better now and can walk into the vet. I tell the front desk what is going on they have me wait and go back to talk to someone. She come back out and tells me to keep an eye on the dog and if needed take him to a animal er because THEY ARE ALL BOOKED UP TODAY. She never even looked at my dog Nobody from the back came out and looked at my dog. Not a look into his eyes maybe listen to his heart NOTHING!!!!! Their patient because again this is his vet!!!! If you go here find someplace else these people do not care about the animal you are taking to them, all they care about is the money. I will never go back.. Thanks Aurora Animal Hospital for not caring..

Everything was done quickly, professionally and the vet made exceptions on a Friday night to help my old dog feel better. I would recommend them for sure.
