This store is insanely over priced. I have been a handful of times and looking for clothing: $25 jackets, $5 t shirts. 9.99-13.99 pants. Some examples: they charge the same amount for brand new Costco brands like Gerry, for used ones! I also found a tie-dye home made t shirt, on a beat up Hanes for $4.99. The jackets I liked, at first glance, had stains and were very used going for $24.99.They are out of their minds pricing like this. This is not a thrifty store, it’s unethical. We support Goodwill

This is the most insanely overpriced Arc I have ever been to and I’ve been to quite literally every single one in a 4 hour radius (5 today alone). I can’t get over the prices for DONATED items at this location. I own several of the items I saw and paid less at full price for them. I support Arcs mission wholeheartedly which is why I enjoy regular trips to shop several in a day but I’m scratching this one off my list from now on. There’s two others at a reasonable distance with way more reasonable pricing.

Great place to shopping here

I've been shopping at this particular location for probably 15 years. I have not only donated everything and anything I have to this location. I've spent thousands collecting some incredible items. I am a collector- not a reseller. Tonight I stopped in and found two items- one was an old radio- without a price tag. Anytime in the past that I come across something without a tag- the manager does their best to provide a price offer at the register.. if it's reasonable- I'll accept. If not- no big deal. I found this particular radio on eBay listed for $20-40 bucks.. nothing super rare or high end.. just cool. The lady- that I assume was a manager came to the register and discussed a fair price. Part of the radio doesn't work and is a little beat up. She offered $20 which I thought was fair considering condition. That is when this woman working down the register lane comes over and inserts an unwanted and unwarranted opinion.. she says to the manager- "she'll probably just resell it for more" .. or something along those lines. I responded with, "I'm a collector- and I don't resell things- but even if I did I don't think that is anyone's business if I am spending my money here." This woman raised her voice at me and says, " OH YOUR WHOLE VIBE IS JUST AWFUL." Excuse me?! I asked what her name was, she got loud again and said "Tell them my name is Nicki." Oh I will. You're loud- you're beyond disrespectful and rude and no one asked for your input to begin with. For any employee to treat a customer this way is asinine. Hopefully The Arc does away with her. I'm a home hospice nurse- I do my fair share of giving back to our community- I've never been treated with such disrespect. Yuck. I'll take my hard earned money elsewhere until this person is gone.

Is this the most beautiful place you'll ever shop? No. Does it do the job? Absolutely. I was dismayed to move here and find out most of the Goodwills here don't have fitting rooms. This makes it basically useless to me as 1. pants never fit me even when I do try them on 2. they only offer store credit for returns. I asked on nextdoor what is a girl to do and a few people mentioned ARC has fitting rooms. Hooray! This store is fairly large and has a great selection of clothes AND FITTING ROOMS. They have aisles of home goods as well but I was mostly focused on finding some sweaters and jackets on this visit. Will definitely head back and probably try out other ARC locations as well.

Customer service was excellent! Tyler went above and beyond to help us with our Christmas Tree purchase by dedicating his time and attention to ensure we walked away with an operable pre-lit tree at an amazing price. Thank you again, Tyler for all your help!

We came to drop off a bunch of nice items after moving and the dude working out in donations was super rude. Saying “we better not be dropping off junk” and “you see that trash bin, that’s where most stuff goes”. Don’t take your stuff here, clearly they are ungrateful.

One of my favorite arcs. Hands down. Consistently clean, well priced, dressing rooms are always open and clean and they never make u feel like an annoyance because u want to try something on. They never lock their bathrooms up so that people shopping and spending money on their store can actually use them if they need to and it's one of their larger stores for sure with a good selection of everything to choose from!I live in Lakewood but drive up here at least once a month to come here!

I purchased a refrigerator from this place, and it did not work. I brought it back, and they only gave me store credit and refused to credit my card. This is horrible customer service.

I will never shop here nor donate to this store or business ever again. Signs say orange 50% off I had two items that had orange tags and your clerk says they aren’t orange and continues to ask me if I wanna round up and just blew me off on checking the prices cause if I wanted to pay that price I would just buy new from an actual store.

Nice size thrift store with plenty of items to purchase. Has various selections and nice prices. On Saturday they offer 50% off most items. Has clean restrooms and fitting rooms to try on clothes. Nice to enjoy but customer service was average. Make sure to request bag at checkout as they don't offer and it will cost 10 cents per bag also. ENJOY!

I’m not sure if it’s just this Arc but avoid this store. Their set prices are insane. I think the manager takes the accepted selling price and just doubles it, expecting it will be sold on the 50% off color day. It’s a poor strategy and pretty unethical for stuff you got for free (yeah they have expenses I get it). Today I saw a 4 pack of basic cheap toilet paper for $4.99! Most other items are at or above what could be found for new online. It’s a very greedy pricing model, who sets these prices?? We’ve been going here for a few years and it’s gotten worse in the past year. We now only go on Saturdays because then you might pick something up at a somewhat acceptable price, if you’re lucky enough to find something. They totally take advantage of someone finding what they wanted and just paying the 2x price. We just support Goodwill now.

Bring your donations to ARC; other thrift stores are not as honest in how they serve the greater good. Things are always changing in the store which makes it exciting for treasure hunting!
