From now on this will always be my first stop! Bill worked with me to create a beautiful, one of a kind, custom ring. I came in with my stone, he listened carefully to my vision and together we designed the ring. First he showed me a digital rendering for my comments and approval, then made a wax model so I could see the size and scale and days later I was presented with a ring that was exceeded my expectations!I’ve had custom jewelery made at one of the two big Denver “emporiums” and after this experience at Andrew’s I’ll never do that again. The level of service, and turn around time at Andrew’s has opened my eyes eyes. Bill is very knowledgeable, has a unique selection of jewlery and stones and is just a delightful person. 5 ⭐️!!!

I am so happy I found this jewlery store. I was looking for a place to make a custom ring for me and Andrew's was recommended. Bill was fabulous! he listened to my vision and together we created the design, then he showed me a digital rendering, then a wax model and just days later he presented me with a ring that exceeded my expectations! I am very happy with the finished piece and the entire experience. I've had custom jewlery made before at the big Denver stores and this experience was more personal and collaborative. Bill is very knowledgeable and personal and has a wide range of unique, high end pieces. highly recommend! 5 stars!

DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR JEWELRY. The sales associate nicked my fiancées engagement ring when they offered to clean it. Two visible, deep scratches are on the band that were not there to begin with (luckily we took engagement photos several days before and can prove the damage).Maybe they are more comfortable with lower karat gold, but I would highly advise against letting their sales associates handle anything of value.

Absolutely amazing!!! I went in to sell a few pieces of jewlery that I no longer wear, and the customer service was phenomenal. Everyone there is so knowledgeable and super friendly. Highly recommend!!

I sold the gold and silver jewelry that has been sitting in my drawers after my great aunt's passing to Bill at Andrew's Jewelers and he gave me more money than I thought they worth! He was extremely honest and fair with his pricing and the whole experience was very pleasant and easy. (Thank goodness). If you have any unused jewelry I would absolutely recommend selling to Andrew's Jewelers!

There's lots of mixed reviews, but our experience with Bill and his staff was great! Julia explained that using stones from an old ring is great for sentimental value, but may not be the cheapest option due to labor and other factors (other jewelers had also confirmed this). When picking out a center stone, Julia and Susan showed us several gems, told us about them, and let us look under the refractometer which was really cool to see. Then Bill and Susan went above and beyond looking for a green kite cut sapphire at a gem show (while sending me pictures of stone options so I could make the choice that would really suit me). Bill was respectful of my vision/wants for the ring, but still gave his opinion on things like the setting so that the stone would be protected and not snag on anything, which I appreciated and I ended up loving the design he suggested! The only hiccup was when my fiancé and I asked about price, we were quoted for the stone but not the whole ring. I don't blame his staff, though because it was just a miscommunication, and the ring was still cheaper than if we had gone online and custom ordered it. We would definitely recommend Andrew's Jewelry!

This business cheats people out of their property. I went in for an appraisal of a 2.5 carat diamond ring. Which is worth at least 31,000 dollars. He offered me 7,000 dollars. He said he is a GIA certified jeweler he is not. On his door and in his business it has BBB on it.This business in a scam don't do business there. Don't sell or Buy.
