Charged $10 for item and $15 for shipping. Sent incorrect item and want US to pay for shipping back! No follow up on two messages to resolve so I will be handling it through my cc company.

Chris Hollis and the support from Customer Service was timely, professional, and effective. We were able to begin using the "Inogen" system we purchased more efficiently due to being able to directly communicate with Chris and his colleagues. It's refreshing in an era of "Artificial Intelligence" to be able to communicate with Intelligent and professional support persons.

Consulted them for a CPAP and Oxygen Concentrator. Answered all of my questions with no push to buy. Helped me gather the medical documentation required to purchase. I changed the equipment several times, with no backlash from Chris. Willing to help understand the changes of equipment and quote. Ordering and paying was non complicated. CPAP and Concentrator shipped promptly. Couple of days I had the needed equipment.
