Had Action Towing help us move our car twice this week. Once from the accident back to our home, then off to the auto shop a few days later. Both occasions were great. They're professional, pleasant, and reasonably priced. Even though our car is in a rough state, they handled it with care, which we really appreciated. Hopefully we don't need a tow anytime soon, but if we do I'll be calling Action Towing again.

Did I use them? No. Was I SUPPOSED to? Yes. Our car insurance company contracted them to tow my husband's car when the engine was smoking and we didn't, obviously, feel safe. We told them that we were on the right hand shoulder of 470 right after the ramp to get on from Parker Road after passing Parker Adventist Hospital. We even shared our location.We kept getting told 25 minutes.Next thing I know I'm getting a text after being on the highway for over two hours at this point that they were trying to find a new towing provider because Mike's towing could no longer do it. That was not for lack of us trying to call the tow truck driver who repeatedly sent us to voicemail.-20/10
