The staff is pleasant, they kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle (make sure to utilize their texting option), and the vehicle was ready the day they had originally said it would be ready. The car was also nice and clean.

I had a very pleasant experience at caliber collision. They fixed my car in a timely manner after the parts were available, I was rear ended back in December. I was very happy to get my car back before the estimated time that I was told they would need to fix it.

Once I was able to get in for an inspection for an insurance claim everthing was completed in a timely manner. Car came back 4 days ahead 9f schedule and looked fantastic.

Loved my experience here. All of the staff were excellent! My car was returned to me earlier than expected and cleaner than when I dropped it off! It was such a nice touch - I was kept informed on every step of the process - I’d never needed auto body work done before in my young adult life and Terry and his whole team really helped ease my mind and walk me through everything - paper work, estimates, rental etc. really pleased with their work and communication ! If I’m ever in the unfortunate situation that I need auto body work done again, i will come to this caliber ! Thanks again!

Caliber collision was great to work with. Terry and his team provide the customer service you want when trusting them with your car. They were friendly, thorough, helpful, kept me updated, and everything was completed in a timely manner. My car was repaired like nothing ever happened and was returned back to me cleaner than when I dropped it off.

This place was great and easy to work with. They were communicative throughout the entire process and worked very hard to get the vehicle back as quickly as possible, even when there was a parts shortage, including obtaining a part all the way from Japan in a short time period.

Horrible experience as the repair was not good. Missed a part when reinstalling a trim piece on the back hatch causing a rattle noise. It was brought to their attention, however not fixed correctly, resulting in me having to fix it myself. Was advised my car was ready to pickup, but really wasn’t due to a billing error on their end, so I had to come back to pickup another time. Rear bumper has inconsistent gaps that makes it look misaligned. I would not recommend this Caliber Collision at all.Service: Body & Trim

I was extremely pleased with the quality of work provided to me and my experience with the staff was excellent. Paul was very friendly, polite and provided frequent updates on the progression of my vehicle. I would not hesitate to use this body shop again and will most assuredly recommend their services to other prospective car owners. Everyone at Caliber Collisions was so friendly, I was very happy about the customer service I received. Paul informed throughout each repair made to my car and gave me a very detailed description of what they were going to repair. My car was also done 2 weeks before the scheduled date. Paul and the rest of the team are great and I will definitely be coming back if I need to! (But hopefully won’t have to haha)Services: Painting
