I have been seeing Dr. Decker for years. A tough pregnancy left me in enough pain that it was hard for me to walk any sort of distance. Dr. Decker has been able to help me live pain free since I started seeing her. I recommend her practice to everyone I know!

I have been hanging out with the great people of 5280 balanced health doing massage a day and a half per week. Dr. Katie Decker & Dr. Ben Lockie are amazing. Also, Beckie the acupuncturist, Kelsie & Sheila, the other practioners really know their stuff and care so much about our patients overall health. I am so grateful to be moving into 2022 with this group. You should join us and bring balance to your health in this next year.

This practice is so helpful and healing. After months of suffering with headaches and back pain I am free from the pain. Dr. Katie is incredible as is the whole team. Come for the healing...and keep coming back to stay well!

Very very disappointed. I have waited since December to get in with Dr. Decker since my parents both went to her. First, I called and they were closed for about 3 weeks over the break. I should have just found another Dr. but wanted to stick with the family trend. When I called to schedule the appointment, the receptionist was absolutely rude. They only see new clients once a month. Ok, so I scheduled for the 2 hour appointment for new clients. Because of this duration, I took a day off from work. I showed up and the receptionist said that she had tried to reach me to let me know that the Dr. had to meet with an attorney and had to reschedule. First, I understand things change... it's business. If you cannot reach people by phone, send the client an email. Second, my whole experience has been a disaster. I gave the receptionist the benefit of the doubt, that maybe she was having a rough day, but it turns out she is just an awful human. I would not recommend this Chiropractor to anyone, I doubt my family would either. I don't do business with people who waste my time.

Dr. Decker is the best. After months of debilitating pain, physical therapy, MRIs, nerve-pain blocking pills, 2 visits with Dr. Decker set me right... physically and mentally. So grateful for her treatment.

My very first experience at 5280 was a phone call with Shannon to set up an appointment with Dr. Katie. You could hear from Shannon's voice that she goes above and beyond to give awesome customer service.Dr. Katie has such a unique twist on chiropractic service. She loves to empower and educate her patients. We leave our appointments understanding our body better and knowing how to help care for ourselves, with the help of her chiropractic expertise.I have also had the opportunity to get massages with Mara. Mara's massage is a great mix of release work and relaxation. I come in to my massage appointment with a few aches and areas of focus. Mara uses her magic to work out the tension and I always leave feeling better. I love the whole team of 5280. Dianne and Shannon go above and beyond to help patients receive the best care from all of 5280's practitioners.

Everybody in this office is AMAZING! Dr. Katie is not only an amazing Chiropractor but she is super down to earth and fun to talk to. I have also used both Mara and Mechelle for massage therapy. Mara is very good at helping you feel relaxed, and Mechelle is very targeted and especially good at working tight areas. I would recommend this place to anyone for overall holistic health, wellness, and Pilates!! Love it here.

I've been seeing Dr. Katie for over 2 years and her care has been outstanding. Compared to my previous chiropractic experiences, Dr. Katie goes the extra mile to serve her patients on all levels with an individualized approach. Dr. Katie does a thorough assessment at each visit and really listens to my needs. She's extremely approachable and always has a smile on her face. It's obvious she loves what she does. I highly recommend her and her practice!

I've had several massages from Mara. She is amazing! Small and mighty! She listens to what is aching and how intense of a massage you like then goes to work. I always feel better when I leave and she has become a regular part of my monthly things to do!

I received a Reiki healing and acupuncture treatment from Jill. The initial appointment is longer than others I've had but so worth it! I came out of that appointment feeling much more balanced, more calm and the issues I needed addressed didn't bother me until quite a long time after my session. I look forward to working with Jill again in the future!

Everything! I’ve followed Katie Decker from Steadman Hawkins years ago. By far the best chiropractor I’ve ever been to. I go every three weeks and whatever is out of line gets put back into place painlessly and effortlessly. Everyone in the office is pleasant and efficient.
