I have been with 180 medical for a few years, they have been great until recently. I've had to go without my supplies for weeks at a time. I've contacted them several times, they tell me that they would look into it and get back to me. Unfortunately nobody has ever contacted me. I've had to purchase my own supplies, which I shouldn't have to since I have insurance. I'm just very disappointed in this company. They failed me, and stopped caring. I'm still with them definitely looking into other options.

I have MS and have needed catheters for years, which 180 has always supplied with great care and service.Recently my insurance went from Medicaid to Medicare, and like all government things, it was a big fat mess for a moment to get me switched over. 180 Medical handled this with their usual expert care, and.even caught and corrected a numbers mistake in the process. The people who work here are top notch. Can't say enough good things about them. If you are new to cathing you can relax because they've got this.

My experience with 180 Medical is nothing less than STELLAR. I have advanced M.S. and almost half my spine is encased in titanium. Or...I'm a mess! In the seven years of having to cath', I have used several other companies including Liberator. I will not spend time what issues I had along the way. There is nothing that is more important than my catheters. The one and only provider I have, including my doctors, testing or whatever. "180" IS HANDS DOWN THE EXTREME BEST THERE IS! I never worry now about the timely arrival of my supplies. It is nice to have 100% reliability in a land where mistakes happen. And, now...needless to say, their customer service is awesome. This company will not let you down...Period!

This is an excellent company delivering an excellent product. 180 Medical thoroughly manages the delivery, billing and replenishment. The product is easy and clean to use. My experience is based on at least 5 years of usage.

Usually I get my catheters delivered well before I run out, but this last time, I was down to just one catheter when my supply showed up at the door, two days later than I was expecting. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with 180 Medical.
