No stars. Beware! Because we respect the owner’s parents we were reluctant to write this review, but do yourself a favor and don’t get sucked in. Promises and zero follow through. Over four years ago our ranch used this service for a solar stock well. Paid for a metal pipe to hold the solar panels. Got wood. Every time we mention it Zach says he’ll be “out tomorrow “ . Still nothing. We made the mistake of giving him another chance when we had him install our new solar well for the house. The job is shoddy at best. We’re not sure our well won’t be contaminated with ground water, but he covered that error already. Guess we’ll have to wait and see. He demanded payment the very next day and called often for it, even though his invoice clearly states Net 30, so due on June 14.We paid in two days at his demand, but he has yet to fix this stock tank problem.A few months ago the set screws that were meant for metal ( where metal was paid for and never installed) twisted and ate away at the wood post allowing the solar panels to misalign and twist. We set them back straight, but when he finally sent someone, we were billed for what we ourselves had done and he had no explanation, because he personally was not there and couldn’t tell us what his employees did. We still don’t know what we actually paid for because the metal post is still not installed and nothing else seems to have been done.Cows are in the pasture. Ponds will dry soon. Don’t do what we did.Waste of money and puts our personal water and our livestock at risk. He will drill the well, demand payment, and move on to the next. We need four more wells on our property. We’ll hire it from Gillette before we get left literally high and dry by Wildcat again.

Requested help with my broken pipe, he gave me a 6 hour window, came shook my bladder tank, said it was bad and I walked him down to showed where the pump was and where I believed the broken pipe was, I did the digging and located a broken pipe. We walked back up ((thought he was getting tools to fix the break)) NOPE and he wrote a slip for $200, wouldn't leave till I paid $200 in cash. Not sure about other services, but no pipes were fixed we are still out of water... TBH, surprised me with this and would only accept cash...said it was a while since taking credit cards. I just am at a loss....out of money, my time...called several others after this, and they ALL said he took 100% advantage..I am not a local, and this is DIRT wrong how to scam a single mom.

Brian was so knowledgeable about my well, and even knew history on it that I did not. He stayed on the job until it was working properly, in fact better than it has since I’ve lived here! His prices are very reasonable, and I will definitely work with this company again in the future! Thanks Brian, you saved my yard!
