I purchased a home from sellers represented by the REALTOR Perry Hotz of Cedaredge Land Co for the purchase of a property in Austin, Colorado in October 2021.Perry Hotz failed to recommend an inspection of the sewage line and septic system although the house on the property was built in 1950. The sellers failed to disclose absence of a septic tank leach field, damaged sewage line, and long standing water damage in one of two bathrooms of the house.As a result I am now facing repairs and subsequent monetary damages on the order of approximately or above $50,000, which my home insurance was not obligated and refused to cover.I would never recommend using the agent and agency with such deceptive, nonprofessional, and reckless practices for purchasing your home.

After 6 months of failure with another (I won't say) realtor company, Perry had my house listed and sold within a week, and this was during the covid 19 crisis. What more can say - 5 stars for sure.

I walked in considering some properties in the area. I had left messages to multiple real estate companies, but no response or just a "once you look around contact me and I'll find some homes." I was looking for a little more personal touch. In the end, I walked into a real estate company's door. The secretary welomed me and suggested I contact Debbie Laity. I was recommended to contact Debbie. Debbie was sharp and helpful. She quickly had some homes lined up for me. She was amazing. We drove all around looking at properties, she never pressured me. In the end, I made an offer on a property in Cedaredge. She was always one step ahead of me in what needed to be taken care of. Before I could ask about resources, such as power, she had sent me the contact information. Wonderful communicator. I highly recommend Debbie Laity. Even after the sale was finished, she has answered my questions. I enjoyed a top-notch experience.
