Lying and rude - they refused to cash a check written from one of their accounts because I do not have an account with them, nor would I ever have a Wells Fargo account. Research their past and their history of criminality and data breaches - you should never trust this institution with your money and personal information either!

We needed to open a business banking account fast and the team at Wells Fargo Castle Rock were amazing. We worked with Isaac & Tracy and they were super helpful - very impressed with the service!

Came in with an appointment to open a teen checking account. Was ignored for the first 15 minutes by our banker while we waited by the door. Then when we finally sat down with her, Miriam said she didn't have time to assist us because she had a meeting in 45 minutes. She also lied and said she left me a voicemail to discuss the appointment; however, I had zero phone calls and zero voicemails. I will never visit this branch again. The only positive was the teller who finally asked if she could help me after we'd been waiting for 15 minutes was very friendly.

Either your new clients appreciate being disrespected or are just plain ignorant. I'm so disappointed that we ever allowed you to make us believe you actually were a respectable and honest bank. Your manager is a complete coward who insults clients that bring valid concerns to there attention in regards to business accounts. Your business bankers are incompetent and provide false information to avoid doing proper R&D. Your staff will lie to clients just so they don't have to deal with an issue they are not familiar with. We never should have given you a chance when we were warned bye previous account holders and now we are paying the price. All the good employees are gone and this location lacks the much need expertise or even plain common sense needed to operate. How can such incompetent individuals have such nice vehicles that neglect customers. Unfortunately Wells Fargo has made statements that because of covid, most of the reputable management is gone now and they have lacked thed ability to replace individuals who carry the same standards. Good luck but it's time we find a new institution and maybey time for your people to find a new career.

Went to this location today looking to do a withdrawal. Had to go to the drive thru then was told I could not get the money I needed and needed to make an appointment. Called the branch I normally go to and they were surprised this happened. I’d highly recommend going else where.

Juanito has been amazing with me! He set up my account and when I came back 7 months later to apply for a credit card, he remembered me and made sure I got everything I needed. 100% recommend this branch. They kept in contact with me and kept me updated on everything
