I called the store three times to see if they had a product in stock so I didn’t have to drive there in the event they didn’t. They hung up on my 3 times. I went into the store, called, and watched Patricia totally ignore the phone, but at least she didn’t pick and hang up. I explained to her the phone was ringing and she completely ignored my call, and just laughed while saying she couldn’t answer the phone. No wonder Walgreens is shuttering stores.

They always outsource filling prescriptions so you can’t get for 24 hours. It’s not very helpful when you are super sick and needs the medications.

Didn't contact me when there was an issue with insurance. Daughter has 2 insurances and because the script was written a certain way it was being denied. Just call people rather than extorting them for payment on the spot.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I’m so done with this place. These people are clueless. They mess up EVERY single time. Once they mess up, they don’t care to fix it. I always get a “I don’t know” or “we can’t do anything now” back. And guys, we are talking about medications that are important for my health. I can’t just not take them because they forgot to refill them. They are also rude on top of that.

This 5 star is specifically for the sweet gal Dakota who works at this location. Every time I deal with her she is just so wonderful. Kind, knowledgeable, patient and pleasant. Your hard work, attention to detail and commitment to doing your job well is noticed and very much appreciated. Your smile puts one on my face too! Keep it all up!

I have truly, never once, come to this pharmacy and left with what I came for. Always delayed, “outsourced” and will come in tomorrow. I’ll wait 6+ hours after a script is sent before going and I’ve still never left with it the first time I show up. Somehow CVS in target has things ready within an hour every time so this seems to be an individual store problem. I keep trying this location for the ease of drive through but again was told come back tomorrow after 2 pm.

Terrible customer service at both the pharmacy and front register. A culture of disdain for customers permeates the store and it is a place I will avoid whenever possible going forward.

Ok… indoor. Do this review stuff often , but I’m so frustrated bc I only take a certain brand of one of my much needed monthly medicine, I have called almost every Walgreens in town and this location finally had some!
I spoke to the pharmacist there, I told her that I can not take a certain brand bc it makes me really nauseous and that is why I’m happy I found some.
I had to calm my doctor and she has to resubmit the prescription to this location it delayed the whole process. Upon picking it up, I did not even look on the bottle bc I did not expect them to get it wrong (bc of the whole conversation I had making sure it was the correct one ) and the whole ordeal I went through transferring …
Long behold… when I got home the meds were exactly the ones that I can not take and make me really sick!

Upon getting to the check out counter...
Casher: do u need a bag?
Me: Good morning.
Cashier: do u need a bag?
Me: Good morning, yes please.
Cashier: "silence the whole time"
Nice way to interact with people first thing in the morning I guess. 🙄 Managers.... do better at your hiring, or put people where they're a better fit. Someone with a demeanor like that should work in the back not interacting with customers... with her rude ass.

Worst pharmacy. Actually all the Walgreens in Colorado are horrible. There is always a problem with my order and they do not communicate at all. Horrible customer service and incompetent staff. Go somewhere else (preferably a family owned pharmacy) if you want your prescription to be as ordered, billed correctly to insurance and on time! I’d vote zero stars if possible.

I regret to say that the customer service at this pharmacy location has significantly declined. While everyone can have an off day, my experiences have consistently left me feeling belittled and disrespected by the staff. On multiple occasions, I’ve faced raised voices for simply asking basic questions, and the attitudes I’ve encountered seem unwarranted.
It’s disheartening to see such treatment from those who are meant to assist customers. After experiencing 5-6 unsatisfactory visits to the drive-thru this year, I feel compelled to leave this review. I hope management will take note and work to improve the attitudes of staff at the drive-thru. What was once the most convenient pharmacy for me has unfortunately become a source of major inconvenience due to the negative customer interactions.

I scheduled an appointment for a covid test, show up and go through the entire setup only to be told I have no appointment. Worthless, all of the bad reviews make sense.
