Went to pick up a script from Urgent Care today at 3pm. Went back at 730pm and was told it will be filled tomorrow! When questioned, she stated it's coming from distribution center. I asked if I went to Allen Street, can they fill it now? She then changed her tune and said she can do it in 30 minutes. Who goes to an Urgent Care only to wait and get meds next day??? What is wrong with customer service these days?

Absolutely terrible experience. Their manager is so rude a disrespectful. I was very stressed because I work at an overnight camp and my two inhalers are ruined at work. While I was trying to sort this out I was speaking fast but was being clear and calm. She then yelled at me told me I wasn’t supposed to be calling them (she was wrong about that as well) the way she talked to me sent me into a panic attack.

BEWARE OF GIFT CARD SCAM!!! I bought a Nike gift card as a gift and when my son went to use it the funds had already been drained! Walgreens said there was nothing they could do even with the receipt of purchase! Actually, you could put the gift cards behind the counter so this scam does not continue to happen! Won’t be shopping here anymore! Very frustrating!!

The worst pharmacy on earth. 6 hours later they haven’t filled my prescription. I’ve been suffering all day bc of these people. Unfair.

Husband’s leg was amputated 72 hours ago. The hospital stressed the overlapping pain and anti muscle spasm meds. Hospital faxed in at 7:30am they weren’t ready by 10am I began escalating at 5pm because they close at 6pm. Apathy, no hurry and no communication! Walgreens got the full prescription in a fax not me. They couldn’t be bothered to pull it together, nor was the manager concerned. This is unconscionable! Please listen better than I did when my doctors office said they had heard other complaints.

THE ENTIRE PHARMACY STAFF AT THIS WALGREENS...THEY ARE...FANTASTIC!! WHY AM I WRITING A 1-STAR REVIEW THEN?????......HOPEFULLY TO GET THE ATTENTION OF UPPER MANAGEMENT AT WALGREENS. IN SHORT, HIRE ANOTHER PHARMACIST OR TWO FOR THIS LOCATION ON AN INTERSTATE HIGHWAY. MS. HELINA (Pharmacist at this location), IS FANTASTIC!!!!...THANK YOU MS. HELINA! BUT SHE NEEDS SOME HELP...ON THE SAME SHIFT!! WALGREENS SHOULD HAVE 2 PHARMACISTS HERE... ON THE SAME SHIFT. ALL THE PHARMACY TECHNICIANS HERE ARE GREAT AND THEY ALL WORK VERY VERY HARD. THANK YOU PHARMACY TECHNICIANS! "HEY WALGREENS UPPER MANAGEMENT...THERE IS ALWAYS (i repeat, always) A LONG LINE HERE FOR THE PHARMACY....CUSTOMERS ARE WAITING IN LINE FROM 8:45 AM (BEFORE THEY OPEN AT 9 AM) BOTH INSIDE THE STORE (AT THE COUNTER) AND AT THE DRIVE THRU from 8:30 am til 9:30 pm (hours of operation are from 9 to 9).
WALGREENS MAKES TONS AND TONS OF MONEY HERE OFF THE BACKS OF THESE HARDWORKING & KIND PHARMACY EMPLOYEES. I SAW THEM TRAINING ANOTHER PHARMACY TECH BUT HOW MANY WHITE COATS YOU GOT BACK THERE? ONE PER SHIFT?! REALLY?!! 1 WHITE COAT PER SHIFT??
I KNOW SOMEBODY WITH AN MBA (somehow i got one of those degrees myself) OR AN ANALYST OF SOME KIND CAME UP WITH THE BRIGHT IDEA TO STAFF ONLY 1 PHARMACIST PER SHIFT....FOR SOME SORT OF COST CUTTING MEASURE....HUMBLY, THAT'S A MISTAKE.
WALGREENS UPPER MANAGEMENT THIS IS STORE # 6987 ....PLEASE SIR, PLEASE MA'AM.... TALK WITH YOUR REGIONAL DIRECTOR OR REGIONAL MANAGER...AND PLEASE....PLEASE GET Ms. Helina some help (she simultaneously wears a headset, takes inbound calls, has her hands on a keyboard for order fulfillment and accuracy AND she fields questions from hundreds of walk up patients everyday all by herself all while checking the accuracy of each RX filled).....i know you think more Pharmacy Tech's are the answer but get another Pharmacist (in a white coat) behind the counter ...on the same shift please and thank you.

Front staff and pharmacy technicians are very friendly and helpful, but the pharmacist with brown hair, glasses and old is horrible. I requested a refill a week ago and had been going back and forth with them to get it filled. They hung up on me four times and the pharmacist was very indifferent to me on the phone and in person. They kept claiming my doctor has to call my insurance to have them approve my insurance and when I explained my doctor said she doesn’t she rudely said “yes they do.” My fiancé finally had enough and said he will pay the full amount and they told us “Oh we actually don’t have it ready” even though they called and said it was. I have not slept in three days because I need my medication to sleep. Don’t use Walgreens for your medication go anywhere else.

This pharmacy has been "under staffed" for years! They are so understaffed that you may go there on any given weekday and the pharmacy will be closed! It takes them FOREVER to verify insurance which can then delay your medication for days. Don't get me started on trying to call them. Shut down please! It's more productive to not have Walgreens pharmacy at all then to have one that runs so ineffectively! SAVE TIME AND SANITY AND GO TO SAFEWAY ACROSS THE STREET, it's cheaper anyhow

Pharmacy workers are extremely inconsiderate and rude. They carry an attitude when conversing and have no sense or urgency! I will be switching pharmacies due to this being an ongoing occurrence.. They SUCK! The regular cash register walgreen's employees are delightful :) The pharmacy is an embarrassment to the rest of the store..

Both the young lady in the photo lab Adari and the store mgr for the evening Hutari ( I extremely sorry if I've misspelled the names) we're so very kind. I'm from Pueblo and had to stop and use the facilities (this was at the castle rock Wilcox road location) at around 1pm and I lost my wallet. I called at about 6pm to see if they had it. Some kind individual found it and turned it in with everything intact. The mgr kept it safe in her office until we came and picked it up. Neither ladies would accept a reward. They were absolutely the BEST!! Just wanted someone at Walgreens to see this and give them a day off with pay or at least a free lunch! These two are fine examples of human beings and a credit to Walgreens!Walgreens

One star because 0 isn’t an option! The young girl at the front register NEEDS some serious and urgent customer service training! Always has an attitude, always has to talk back and try to correct the customer, and has a quick mouth. Doesn’t greet UNLESS the customer greets first and is patronizing and condescending. Girl has some lessons to learn! WALGREENS MANAGEMENT: TAKE NOTICE!

There is a lot of miscommunication and unnecessary attitude from this pharmacy. I was told multiple times that they did not receive my prescription after my doctor confirmed they sent it. I went back and forth trying to figure it out and ultimately had to send it to another pharmacy. When I went to the other pharmacy (very friendly and helpful) they couldn’t fill it because this one ALREADY filled it. They had it the entire time ?\\u200d♂️ I had another prescription that needed to be filled and the pharmacist was extremely rude telling me that they don’t have it in stock and don’t know when it will be in again. She said you can just call another pharmacy. Once again, I’m making calls to my doctor to figure out a solution. Come to find out they DID have the medicine, just a smaller quantity and neglected to call or text me an update. I understand these people are extremely busy and mistakes happen, but why the nasty attitude on the phone? The only reason why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was because the pharmacy techs were kind and pleasant in person.
