Had an amazing experience with Rylie she helped me fix my phone and was able to assist me with my phone issues. She also was able to assist the other guests while assisting me! Great multi tasker! Provided excellent customer service even while being the only employee multiple times at this location! Highly recommended her if you want great customer service and a great experience come see her! She goes above and beyond to provide a great experience!! She deserves a raise of some kind with how positive she was while being the only employee working there!

Great customer service! After I was treated like crap at another Verizon store, I stopped by this store and they treated me very well, got me a $30 credit and restored my $10 monthly discount.

The young man there was very fast, helping customers by himself while cleaning the store. He is a multitasker which is rare in men. LoL

Not a corporate store. Very unprofessional. Told us we owed money on a phone. This was false. Just lackluster in general.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. I went in to get some new phones and there were extra lines added to my account and I was being double charged for the new phones. I had to spend 2 hours on the phone to fix my account with customer service. Please be cautious when doing business here.

Diego was fantastic. We had several phones to upgrade and ran into a few issues. He stayed very late with us while we worked through the problems and get everything functioning perfectly!!

The store is simple, clean, and welcoming. We had a good experience with Joel and Peyton. They were knowledgeable and efficient in helping us to set up a new line. They also used mentioned and applied promos, so we were able to get discounts that we didn’t even know about. Thanks guys!!!
