Went here because Goodfellas is closed on Sundays. Not a big selection like we are used to. Also higher prices and less helpful and friendly staff. Go to Goodfellas instead (just not on Sundays, ha).

First time customer and spent $40. My vape stopped working within a few puffs. I returned to the store about 30 minutes later and they said they couldn't trust that I didn't just try to substitute with another one. Obviously never going to be a repeat customer.

Real nice guys and gals here. From the managers to the younger staff members, they are all polite, helpful, and respectful. Young people working retail who are polite and respectful is something that is sadly rare in our world today and is absolutely worth mentioning. When I'm in the Castle Rock area, I wouldn't think about going anywhere else. They card EVERYONE. I've observed people in there getting belligerent by this, but it's called due diligence. I, for one, am always happy to get carded at 42!

Everyone is so knowledgeable! The staff is very Chill, Friendly, and make you feel like you're chillin with the homie...I do have to say, Marilyn is ALWAYS in a good mood, and is very good at her job. ???
