I shipped a birthday present with a three day delivery charge. It was delayed by a day which made it late for the birthday. I asked for reduced charge and was given a full refund. This is indicative of how UPS is making the customer feel understood and appreciated. I will continue to use UPS!

Really poor service package wasn't delivered twice and they never told us when they the package will be arriving so how do we know how to receive a freaking package?

I had some issues with my package and reached out to the owner. Her prompt response and attention to the issue blew me away. Everything was resolved next day. 10 starts! Will definitely use this location again!

Kind and professional, but hands down the worst box prices I’ve encountered at a UPS store…and I go to a lot of them! Go somewhere else if you need to save money!

I usually go to the USPS store down the road in castle pines but it was closed on Sunday so I decided to give the UPS store a try. Let me say I was impressed. I’ve never even written a review but I was knocked out of the water with their customer service. Especially Lena, she had a bright smile on her face greeting people even when some of them were being difficult… I will definitely be returning soon. Would Recommend.
