Super slow in here, they do not have an automatic self-serve return kiosk like the one in Highlands Ranch does. Only one individual trying to run two kiosks with a line of people.

I don’t know what people could have to say that would justify a 1 star review for this location. I come here nearly every day of the work week, sometimes I bring one or 2 packages and sometimes I bring a couple hundred pound worth of boxes, and I can say no matter what it’s always been a good experience. No matter who is helping me they have a smile on their face and they are kind which is very rare to find these days. Save your 1 star reviews for other places this crew deserves better than that.

Lady with fake eyelashes working the morning of 11.25 was unprofessional and rude. Said no one reads the ‘fragile’ labeling and proceeded to throw package behind her. I understand that the packages go on conveyer belts, and you should pack your package extremely well if fragile. But her motto was basically, “why start now” when it comes to handling packages with care.

This experience is so comically bad that I had to share it.
I drove in the snow and ice over to this UPS Store today to try to get something notarized. I went in and asked the female behind the counter if there was a notary onsite and she responded that she was a notary. When I asked if she could notarize my document she informed me that she was unable to notarize my document because the rules she was given to follow was that when she was the only employee on site that notarizing my document would take her ability away to help other customers. WELL I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE AT THE TIME! So she turned away my business and I had to drive another 20 minutes in the snow and ice to a competing business for their help. This type of robotic rule following is the type of things that ruin your business. I run a corporation that does thousands of dollars in printing, mailing and notarizing business a year. This employee turned down my $25 in business today so she could wait to service other customers who weren't even in the store at the time. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE EVER AGAIN! Your poor customer service has just cost this location thousands of dollars in business going forward. Thankfully I didn't wreck my car having to drive all over town looking for a notary because you turned me away.
Response to owner: I have no desire to follow up with UPS on my review. I've already moved my business over to FedEx and Postal Annex who have wonderful customer service. Why don't you focus on the copious amounts of horrible reviews this location continues to get and not ask me to follow up with customer service on this poorly run business when I've already moved to your competitors.

Owner is impolite and not helpful. Always someone else’s issue, one of those folks that does not take ownership of customer care masters. Would not accept my Amazon return even though I was told to use the UPS store. I had a large package and was struggling to get through the door on the way out. No other customers in the store, neither he nor his son tried to open the door. Use another vendor if you are looking for a business owner that cares for others / puts others first.

Horrible experience today. Do not go here. And when the lady sensed my irritation, she decided to go as slow as she absolutely possibly could checking the rest of my Amazon returns in despite there being at least eight people behind me.

Nice but charged to tape box top. Other drop-off places don’t charge for that.

I have been coming to this UPS store for years and had great service, never had any problems until today. I brought an Amazon return back in the box it was shipped in, which was the products original box, not an Amazon box. This is the box it came in! The shipping label was attached to the box, the young man working told me that I would not only have to pay for another box to put that in. I would also need to pay for the tape to close the box. I have never had to pay for a piece of tape here. If that were always the case, I would have taped it myself but they’ve always been able to put a piece of tape on a box when needed. Just be consistent.
After reading others reviews, it’s seems that this Amazon boxing thing is an ongoing issue at this store. Agree that more training needs to be done here.
