I have never had a good experience at this UPS. I do multiple returns and the other location in town is fantastic and never gives me problems. However this one always tries to make me buy boxes and bags to put my “no package” returns. The returns are literally labeled as do not package yet they want to me buy a box for my box or a bag for my bag. The other UPS store in town has never once given me a problem about this.

I brought my return item to this UPS and the return description stated that I did not need to label or package the item (I attached a photo). They still tried to charge me $6 just for a padded envelope to ship it in… no one seemed to know what to do so I left and went to another location. I think more training needs to be done at this location.

Amazon return refused, said I needed original Amazon box? Amazon said no that's wrong, any box is fine. Was told they just throw the items away, so if your item was lost, this is why. Never again.

I’ve never written a review for the store however, I use them all the time. I have not ever had one bad experience with them. Recently, we did passport photos but in the past we’ve done everything from shipping And everything in between. They are always very friendly and super helpful.

Rude store manager. The store in Parker is always kind and friendly, helps with Amazon returns when I’m not sure, and even provides packing tape for customers on the counter but this one charges a $1 for tape and I mean ok, it’s petty to care. But I said oh Parker provides that and she said we are independently owned and we make our own rules. I said well makes it hard to know what the rules are, and she snapped back we’re just making them as we go… good grief. Funny how I don’t have that issue no matter what Chic fil A I go to. All independently owned as well.
