The employees there are always incredibly friendly and help make my MANY Amazon returns a quick and easy process every time! (They almost make it TOO easy haha) Definitely my go-to spot for other mailing/printing needs, as well, it’s super convenient!

Just left store really pissed. Sent a package for Christmas to my daughter in Florida,2023. They sent it to her old address because the person that did my order didn't look at the label on the package and didn't inform me that they save old addresses and don't double check to make sure that is where you want it sent. The manager this morning looked like a deer in the head lights. ? They said basically that it was my fault that I confirmed the address when I was checking out. Who reads the whole 10 pages of procedures agreement???I tried to get them to help and all they could do is keep giving me an 1 800 number that was a recording that was even less helpful. So I guess I have to now pay for this to be shipped to the right address. Again.Just so you know, there's a post office right at the end of the same building. I know you can't get much help there either, but we expect that there. Merry Christmas everybody

This particular location has always been reliable, efficient, and above all friendly. I will be a patron of this UPS as long as I live in Castle Rock, CO.
