the worst ever! this is the 2nd time that this happened to me. my repair was schedule from 5-7 PM (waited until 8:30 PM), I called 3 times because I never received a cancellation and they said that the Tec will be here and never showed up, never canceled and no notifications. The next day I got an email saying I'm sorry we missed you please reschedule your appointment.!!

FYI, this repair wasn’t in-store, it was at our location. Excellent experience with a courteous and knowledgeable tech who repaired the cracked screen on my phone in about 15 minutes. She was great, the service was great, and I’m very happy.

Edit: pretty bold of whoever replied to say that the phone is always answered. I stand by my review, and think the owner is trashy for trying to deflect blame instead of responding to my review genuinely.Original: Tried to cancel or reschedule an appointment. The link in the email to reschedule leads to a confirmation of the appointment with no option to cancel or reschedule. Tried to call the store 3 times, they picked up and hung up on me twice, the third time I got the voicemail, which said the mailbox is full.

I went in this week to get a front and back glass replacement.. They did a good job on that, but when I got it back there where 5 new problems. I have a I-phone XR the battery life before I took it in was good it lasted all day and never fully died on me. When I got my phone back The rear camera, and flashlight don't work anymore, the battery wouldn't last longer than 2 hours, I am having trouble even getting my phone to turn on, and my phone keeps saying no sim after they gave it back. I paid 300 dollars to have a screen replacing and when I called them back about the other problems they gave me another over 300 dollar quote to fix the problems that started to happen after they returned my phone.

Madison was very helpful and friendly. I wish I had known through the online appointment system that I needed my phone color to be in stock before arriving for Samsung policy (to replace the front screen). They said they'd call me when it comes in a few days but it's been longer than that. If they did call me there's no voicemails. I'm getting a new phone instead of waiting so hopefully not having a Note 10 will be easier to work with. Not a very efficient system to get things fixed.
