I never write reviews no matter my experience, whether good or bad. I must say though that my expérience here at TT-nails was above and beyond and i was so impressed that i was inspired To write my first review. Su castlerock if you want to be impressed then go and check out this salon. Tank you Kim for doing such à beautiful transformation on my nails, you are magical to say the very least. I will definetly be back in to see you soon!! RR

Worst manicure I have ever received. Walked in for a regular manicure and the place was empty. Clue that I should have walked out. Owner did my regular manicure. It was a bubbly mess. I was drying in the drying center and I told him I had "bubbles" on all my nails. He came over to me and applied another coat of top coat. Didn't help. So he did it again, another coat of top coat. Still a mess, so he hastily removed the polish, spilling acetone over my hands, which turned white on my skin and he didn't remove and quickly redid the manicure. Ick...second time was still bubbly. I just walked out and told him I would never come back. Too many nail salons in the area to go thru this aggravation. Don't go!! I never see cars by his salon, no clue how he stays in business. Came home and took polish off and will go to another salon today. Total waste of money and time. If I could give zero stars I would!!

Impeccable customer service, attention to detail and focus on a clean, sanitary, friendly environment; very professional. I highly recommend them for manicures and pedicures.

I have been going to this nail spa for a number of years. They are SO great! This is the only place I have been - ever- where the pedicure lasts for a couple of weeks... really well done. Nice people, also!

It was a lovely first manicure and pedicure experience. With love and attention my feet and hands were cleaned and massaged. Nice nail polish job. Coming all the way from Holland for a vacation. I will get back here when I come back to Colorado.

Worst manicure pedicure ever! sandpapered my skin! charged me my wife $80 for a 15 minute nail clipping. dont waste your time. Its like i was wasting their time. terrible attitude and customer service.. I dont think they will last long here in Castle Pines

I think this is under new management. But, it was unfortunately the WORST mani and pedi I have ever received! My husband and I were out in 20 minutes and it was $80. There was no one in there and neither manicurist gave any interest to detail. I will never go back and would strongly suggest for you to spend your money somewhere else.
