It is a major hit and miss with this store. The "supervisor" named Apprile is extraordinarily rude. I happen to walk into the store a couple of weeks ago where she was attacking a female right in front of everyone. It appeared that the girl was trying to pick something up but was being mocked and attacked by Apprile and the other girl that was working with her was egging her on to do it and laughing at the girl at the same time. It hurt my heart to watch. I will no longer shop here based on the several incidents that have occurred in the last year and that attack on that poor girl was the last straw for me. If you are the girl who is got attacked, I am so sorry for not stepping in. It was hard to watch and didn't know what to do. I have the last bit of what happened on YouTube and TikTok as I stood back and watched. I wanted everyone to know exactly what happened to you because it was so messed up. I will continue to talk about the changes that Target needs to make until they lose all of their customers or actually change their policies. It appears that they are now taking the side of their employees without examination because of the several incidents that I have witnessed in the last year but especially in the last couple of months.

Aprille should be fired from her job. I came up to the desk to discover that she was only there to harass me rather than serve me. I received an alert on my phone to come and get my item. When I got there she asked me for my order number. At this point she began stating that I did not receive an alert and she did not want to help me. I mean to the "T". My heart sunk into my chest because she directed an attitude at me for no reason. I have the entire interaction on camera after asking for a manager and her claiming (with an attitude) that she was the manager. She was wearing an orange vest so it was not apparent to me that their managers wore orange vests. To then make matters worse when I asked her how the process worked, because I received an alert, she told me that she was going to HOLD me as if I was some kind of criminal,...proceeded to go get a girl name Amanda to then come up and tell me that I needed to leave and that she is refusing service without asking how she could help me. I felt defenseless. The entire time I held a very calm demeanor. Aprille came back with another attitude and told me that she was calling the police because I was recording them. I was so confused and hurt by this incident. I started recording when I felt attacked and because I was in their store. Their word against mine. I don't even have words for any of this. The only thing I am left with is that Target customer service is no longer customer service. I was bullied and harassed and humiliated.

Annoying they never have employees that will check you out like I'm spending hundreds of dollars and my cart is overflowing and I have to work for you? I remember when I used to get paid to be a cashier lol now I pay to be one. Also their selection is lacking. I have been a fan of Target for my whole entire life and I have been to many locations and out of them all this one is pretty sad. Oftentimes I do not find what I'm looking for. But I would be much happier if they would be willing to check me out. It's kind of ridiculous.

The Target in Castle Rock has taken a big dip in quality, the last couple of years as years. Workers are CONSTANTLY stocking shelves, and not providing a positive shopping experience (it often feels like we're in THEIR way). In spite of this, inexplicably, there's never enough ON the shelves, and always out of products. Mind-blowing.

My wife and I were looking at car seats and a manager named Nate came up to us with an attitude when we had to open a box because target did not have it on display. He was hostile and had an attitude. Then he told us because we had opened the car seat they had to throw it away. We explained we were looking for a model they had displayed and it had the same model name but when we opened the box it was not a model displayed or the one we were looking for. His attitude and demeanor was hostile and not inline with a manager. We told him we could also purchase the car seat we opened but he insisted that he would give no discount on it and would rather throw it away. Terrible employee for a company. We will not be returning to this target ever!!! On top of his behavior he asked us why we didn’t ask an employee for help!!!! Hahaha there’s not even an employee anywhere in site in the target store to find but when we were looking at car seats 4 of the employees showed up like they needed back up for a couple looking at car seats. The checkout lines alone are all closed and only the self checkout is open. Staffing is terrible management should be fired and re hired with capable management. After reading all the current reviews everyone is in agreement. The target stores management and staffing needs to be replaced. 0 stars go to Parker Target store instead. Shame on you corporate to staff a store like this.

OMG - get some cashiers please?! It is so frustrating to shop at this target because you are required, 90% of the time, to use self checkout. If you have 5 items, this isn’t an issue. If you’ve got a cart full, it’s a nightmare. Send the management team of this store to the Highlands Ranch or Lonetree locations to see how to manage the front end of the store … and don’t tell me you can’t hire anyone for help. I have personally known several eager teens looking for work who couldn’t even get a call back when applying to this location. Quit making excuses and focus on the customer.

I bought milk last night that I almost fed to my family this morning and before I poured it on their cereal I caught that it was over a MONTH EXPIRED. Who is checking the food to make sure it’s safe for customers?

Always clean and organized. Well stocked. Friendly employees wish they would add more self-checkouts if they weren't going to have cashiers though

I'd give a zero if possible. made appointment for vaccine but they let in walkins so I've been waiting for over an hour never had this problem at Walgreens! make your appointments at a different pharmacy than CVS!
