Doug Burg was responsive to my initial inquiry and was polite and professional throughout the entire onboarding process. He was very thorough with reviewing my home and auto policies and made sure all my questions were addressed. I shopped my policies around to a number of carriers and Allstate had the best value for the coverage we were looking for.

Best onboarding experience we have ever had! Customer service and perseverance, Doug Burg quoted me several years! That's right folks I've been unhappy with our incumbent for a while, but happy wife happy life. Well I asked him to check back with me next year or the year after as we had to do this or do that to the home or the cars, or we were in a claim and didn't want to make things messy, Doug ran the numbers, gave me ideas and options to get the best coverage and help our family qualify for as many discounts as possible! Great service, great guy, highly recommended and made the call with my better half got her on board and walked her thru the on boarding, and he even help her make the switch! (He mediated the break up with our EX). Again for several years I have spoken with him once or twice a year, that's once or twice more than we talked to our agents that had our policy, hope we continue to hear from him! Oh did I mention we now have more coverage and lower premiums win/win.
