I am disappointed in how my appointment was never scheduled online and how I was told that the online system should have let me know. Second I called to confirm my appointment before going and nobody answered the phone when they were already there this in itself could have saved me from driving over and going through an embarrassing situation but oh well seems to be the overall response like not my problem. Anyway I won't use this place ever. Hope nobody else goes through this.

Older lady that worked on 2/2/21 should not be cutting hair in any capacity nor should she have charged my husband a penny. Pretty impressive butcher job. Wow!wish I could post a pic!

My cousin got her haircut there and she did a ratchet job. She cuts like a Kindergartener and she was so so rude. This was the worst experience that I have ever had here. The lady that cut her hair should get her license taken away. Unbelievable! ?

HK is wonderful, my hair cut is always great, and they are super reasonable in their prices, same cut at JC Pehheys is $45.00 plus tip, redicuously.?

Not sure what we were expecting at a Walmart salon. Came at 5:00 pm to get our son a simple, quick haircut. Gate/fence was closed with a sticky note posted that said “be back soonâ€. After sitting there for 15 minutes and then asking a Walmart customer service gal if she knew anything (she didn't) we finally left. Poorly managed salon. I could have understood five minutes while someone uses the restroom, but that was clearly not the situation. Maybe have more than one stylist so they can have breaks? But when customers expect a business to be open during posted hours, it's frustrating to get there and not have someone present.
