Walked into the Sams optical center when I was greeted by not only a horrendous smell, but a personality to match. Marilyn was the goblins name. I was insulted and treated with violence. The store was clean which I loved and the manager I talked to told me that this is "Typical Marilyn". I would give this interaction one star due to the lack of customer service from Marlarn, but the manager assured me they wouldn't be around for long and I found a sale on 4 lbs of quality Tuna.

There is an optical technician in the optical department who, on several occasions, has been extremely rude. Several months ago a family member went into their optical department and was turned away later in the evening near closing when they were told by Maryln that "they do not put lenses in Ray bans". Interesting how another technician was able to do so, as was the Sams club in Littleton. Beware of Marilyn, she apparently doesn't know how to do her job, bad mouths customers and turns away service. Funny how you have to pay for this kind of service. Shame on this employee...

This Sam's Club store is possibly the nicest/cleanest Sam's Club in the Denver Metro area, in my experience. It is also convenient to my home and business. That is where a positive review stops! Today, Tuesday July 18th, I needed to get some things for my company. I prefer shopping at Costco however Costco isn't as "convenient" for a quick trip. Sam's Club, unlike Costco, almost requires shoppers to do self check-out. I decided to get in line for a cashier. Self check was very busy with lines for all of their MANY stations. The single working Cashier had one person waiting, so this seemed like a logical choice. (I am not a fan of self check to begin with).After unloading my cart of about 10 items a hurried Supervisor approached me and asked if I was paying cash? I responded "no". She informed me that I would need to go over to the self check area, this Cashier "HAD OTHER THINGS TO DO"! I advised this Supervisor I do not want to do "self check out". (as I heard fellow customer behind me chuckle) This Supervisor took all my items off of the conveyor and placed them all back into my cart. She told me she would help me however she walked off in another direction.I reluctantly pushed my cart over into the line of self check, an employee was walking by and I let her know what just took place and I was not pleased! She said she would assist me, and started to explain to me how "self check works". LOLOL ... I told her I fully know how to do it, I just do not want to do it!! All the while the Cashier I WAS in line for was still processing customers ... not sure what "other things" she needed to do as I was told by her Supervisor?Costco has self check stations as well, however most of their Cashiers are also processing customers out. Customers are not FORCED to do their own scanning. Costco is like a well-oiled machine as the number of people they move in and out of their stores in smooth, friendly and quick.When the new Costco comes to Castle Rock I will no longer need this Sam's Club membership. Was not a fan of Sam's Club or Walmart anyway, this just confirmed my decision to give up my membership as soon as Costco comes to town. Terrible customer service, Sam's Club!!!

Easily the worst customer service experience I have had in Castle Rock unfortunately. I have been using Sam's Pick up/Delivery options for a few months now for my small business, and this is the 3rd time my order has been cancelled with zero communication from Sam's. I tried reaching out on the app, the representative I spoke with let me know the order was cancelled (even though the app still showed "in progress") but they could not tell me why. They offered to transfer me to a manager. I waited in the queue for a manager for over 30 minutes until having my session ended with "no manager available". I then sent an email asking for a manager to reach out, as well as left a message at the location. It has now been 3 days and I still have not heard from anyone. I understand they are busy and mistakes happen, but communication should not be this difficult.

Just a nice CLEAN store with friendly folks. Sadly they rely on self service check out most times. Good lighted safe parking lot. Gas station on NW corner of lot.

Great club. Clean, plenty of parking. Never too crowded and a great staff. Tammy, Kim, Glen... just a few of the names of fantastic folks who work here. I'm not sure what else you could want in a sams club

Good prices for most things and the food court is good for the prices, holiday things get a very nice discount after that holiday is over.

We went by as he wanted to buy me a Christmas present. Yes no surprises here as he doesn't like to guess what I'll like. I decided on Sam's as I needed groceries and I knew there'd be less of a crowd than at a mall. And he hates malls. Went to the jewelry, perfume and watch case where another couple were looking at watches. They finally made their selection and the associate helped us. I had picked out the earrings I wanted and she brought them out. Told me they'd run out of earring cases but she could place them in a ring box. That was fine by me. I had also seen some watches on sale and asked to look at them. She brought them out and checked a price for me. I had been eyeing the watches for my son's graduation present and the sale prices were good. I decided on two I thought he'd like and made sure of the return policy so he could pick which he'd prefer. The associate was friendly and helpful. I didn't get her name but she made the experience positive and I'm really glad for her. We got our groceries and used the self check out. It was a good trip.

8-1-29 Group discussion: We love having Sam's in the neighborhood. We feel their quality of meats, and other food items are top notch. We all agree there's good value there. HOWEVER: Being "attacked" by sales people as soon as you enter, and after you've paid and are about to exit the store are "deal breakers. May 1, 2020 Wow! Such a pleasant shopping experience. Friendly employees, quality products, at fair prices. SO EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE WITH THE ABSENCE OF THE "ATTACK SQUAD" We don't miss that irritating people waiting to pounce on you to sell you their service while you're pushing your cart out the store. It's all good now!!!!!

This Sam's location in Castle Rock does not keep their inventory up to date. We bought a $699 Grill Gazebo that we were told they had 5 in stock. After waiting in receiving for almost a 1/2 hour we were told they didn't have it in stock. They applied a refund but that will take them between 5-8 days to process the credit with my bank account. So they take my money instantly when they don't really have the stock in place but then can't credit me instantly... I have a problem with that.

There is this guy at the tire and Battery center I think his name is Jim but he was completely rude to me he treated me though as I was a child this did happen a couple of weeks ago
