I've been frequenting SALT now once a week (sometimes more) for about a year and they never dissappoint. Their meat is superb and their sandwiches are unrivaled in castle rock. The staff is also just genuinely friendly, always a great experience.

Italian sandwich is the best I’ve ever had. Billionaire BLT is amazing as well.
