We swung by on a whim. Gavin helped us out. From the second we walked in until we had completed the purchase, he was the guy. Super attentive and knowledgeable. The vibe of the place was very friendly. I walked in asking a few questions and left with a perfect pair of shoes. Thank you for staffing the place with superb people.

Came in the Sunday before Labor Day, 5 minutes after they opened. One of the guys told to bring my bike in so it wasn't unattended outside. Just needed some single serving drink mixes, everyone there was super friendly. Will definitely consider making the drive from Aurora next time I need some running shoes

My hubby and I drove from out of state to find some solid shoes that fit my needs. Megan was SUCH a sweetheart, warmly answered all our questions, knew the perfect fit the first try, considered if I'd be interested in other colors after making my selection, and had friendly conversation. It was a wonderful experience and I am so glad we made the decision to drive half an hour to a local store rather than a chain. Thank you Megan!!

I have been in need of shoes for along time. Don’t like going to stores much as I tend to have a hard time finding something that works. I have to say Trent was so patient,
Sympathetic and insistent on finding a shoe that really worked for me. He went above and beyond and was making sure the shoe not only was comfortable but supportive. I truly appreciate how much he showed concern and his willingness to do whatever it took to help me find a shoe that helped me!

I recently had an amazing experience at RNK Running and Walking. I was looking for a new pair of work shoes and ended up purchasing a pair of Brooks. The customer service was extremely helpful from start to finish.
The store had a great selection of shoes, and the atmosphere was very positive, organized, and clean. The prices were very reasonable.
A special shoutout to Trent, who went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect fit. The fitting process was extensive, more than I expected, but Trent was very customer-focused and made sure I was completely satisfied.
I would highly recommend RNK Running and Walking to anyone in need of new shoes. This was the best customer service experience I have had in years!

Above and beyond! I have some physical deformities in one leg that make my footwear situation unique, and I wear two different sizes. The owner and employees were incredibly helpful, they were dedicated to helping me find exactly what I needed, and even gave a special discount since I have to buy two sizes/pairs! Shoe shopping is often a disappointing and dreaded experience for me, these guys went above and beyond. 100% recommend!

Blown away by this place!! Drove up from COS after seeing the reviews and didn't regret it at all. I looked at a few shoes and one of the staff came over and offered assistance.
She measured my feet, had me try on a pair of shoes, and sent me to the treadmill to evaluate my gait. She was very informative about my running style and came back with several pairs to try on, even offering to let me back on the treadmill with each pair. After trying on 4-5 different pairs, we found the perfect pair & insoles for my feet. Eagerly, I went home, put them on, and went for a quick 1 mile jog just to get a feel for them. I'm absolutely in awe over how much better my feet and legs feel with a properly fit pair of shoes.
The staff deserve all the kudos possible and I'm forever thankful for the assistance. My running game is forever changed and I'll definitely return/ recommend this place to everyone I know!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended by my Physical Therapist who felt Altra brand sneakers would help with a foot issue. Highly recommend. They actually measured my feet, which no one has done in many years!

Excellent experience both times I've come in, Andy and folks have been attentive and super helpful in picking out the proper shoes and attire for whatever your ambulation preference, whether it's running in the snow or walking on the treadmill. I got some Hoka trail shoes that they recommended and plowed through snow drifts with warm, dry feet the entire time.

My experience here couldn't have been better! The staff took a lot of time to analyze my foot individually to give the best recommendations. I work in healthcare and have been having pain with prolonged standing, and they had a great selection and expert advice. The first pair I picked didn't feel great my first day at work and they still let me return them despite having worn them already to exchange for the other pair I liked during my initial visit, and these are just perfect! No pushy sales tactics, just personalized analysis and recommendations, great return policy, and genuinely great small business!

I went into this store a few weeks ago hoping to find a good pair of shoes and walked around the store for at least five minutes and no sales person ever asked me if I needed help. One was helping a lady try shoes on and two others were standing behind the counter. I just left. Very disappointing.
