Terrible customer service. The woman at a register seats in front of her computer and doesn’t even acknowledge a customer. To the point I even asked her if she works here. Then, without even acknowledging me yelling at another rep to come over.. no thank you :)

Amazing place! Prices are high, but way less than from the regular RH store. Many items are in perfect or near perfect condition and priced at least 50% less if not more. If you have some patience and can stop by frequently you can find some great stuff. Their furniture is the real deal, no MDF or veneers in sight. Be warned, most pieces are HEAVY because they are real wood.

The furniture was not in the best shape and it was significantly over priced!! No deals to be found.

It's an RH outlet, you are basically rolling the dice and hoping they have what you want and it's discounted enough to entice you buy it. Overall it's a decently sized location and they have pretty good inventory. From my experience they seem to have entire sets of furniture which is a definitely plus.

North face and Columbia are the most recommended brands

This one isn’t nearly as big as the one in Cherry Creek but still a really neat place. Always fun to see what types of fun, unique pieces I can find here.

Feels like I'm shopping at Goodwill. Everything is damaged and haphazardly arranged

Staff here is absolute garbage and unhelpful. Asked to take a rug off the rack to inspect before buying it and was told I couldn't take the rug down until I had bought it. What? I can't look at the item I want to buy before I buy it? They are very lazy and just don't want to help customers with anything. The store is basically self-service. All of the furniture is HEAVILY damaged and a good portion of Restoration Hardware's products are veneered plywood. Very low quality even at discounted prices.

There are a lot of options here at the outlet, but the prices and customer service leave a lot to be desired. I asked was communicating with a store employee via text about an outdoor sofa and had a few questions about the item and price. When she sent the price I compared it to the online cost for the same item, and it was $500 more at the outlet than new at the store. When I asked why there was a price discrepancy, I was ghosted. I asked again the next day assuming she hadn't seen my message, and I received no response. Double check the prices, and don't expect great service at this store.

Wow… this place is just south of garage sale experience. Almost everything is horribly overpriced on very damaged pieces. Restoration Hardware should be embarrassed.

Restoration Hardware never fails to provide a beautiful shopping experience. The outlet store is no different. A definite must see for furniture and decor.

A lot of dining room tables... what looks to me like patio furniture and kids bed sets.
