I picked Castlerock Ford because of their excellent on line reviews. We are traveling through Colorado and wanted great service.I called CR service on 9/18/23 and scheduled an oil and filter change for my F350 6.7 liter diesel Super Duty. The fast lube lane was easy getting into and they did an outstanding job. I brought my own oil and filter and was totally taken care of. ? professional, I highly recommend this dealership! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

The people were easy to work with and they’re very thorough, but the service took several hours longer than estimated and the price they charged for the service was almost double what my local mechanic shop charged for virtually the same service when my wife brought her vehicle in there

Sabrina-Not helpful and did not care about my concerns. That is why she was not liked in all of the other Ford dealerships that she has been a part of. CRFord can do better with out her on the team.

I bought my new Ford Escape 2022 from Jimmie Feb 2022 and Love it! Jimmie was the best, truly! Gave guidance, no pressure, educated me on the questions I asked and really only provided me with what I truly needed. I love the Ford Pass I downloaded because I can start my car via. Phone and then turn it off too! It also keeps me updated with routine maintenance and other information specific to my vehicle.

Maddie and the service department at Castle Rock Ford provided outstanding service. I was experiencing an elusive electrical problem in my vehicle that another dealership couldn't fix over the course of multiple visits in a six month period of time. I finally decided to drive the distance to Castle Rock Ford and I'm glad I did. They didn't quit until they had tracked down the problem and fixed it. I will be going back to them in the future for any required repairs!!!

Even after we bought a $40,000 suv from them still nothing. Lol the management at this dealership is horrible. First off, I was told to come here by a friend that told me how good the service was because of all the issues I had with the ford dealerships in the Springs which is where I am currently living. I brought my Ford Focus RS in for an oil change service and tire rotation. Not even 5 mins of dropping my car off the employee stalled my car, to my surprise everone thought it was funny but not me obviosly. They get the car on the lift and take care of the work. The employee started the car up and started to pull out and stalled again..then comes flying around the building and parks it. When I get to my car there is oil spots and oily dirty hand prints all on the hood and front bumper of my car, my front mounted tow hook was bent which I had to fix and for what ever reason they tried to use a tool to pry off my wheel caps or somsething. After I got home, I noticed the wheel cap was bent and upon further inspection I noticed the damage done to the wheel and had to hammer it down flat and re glue the cap on. I contacted the dealership monday about the issue and was told by the manager to send her the pictures of the damage and she will review them and call me right back. It is now wednesday and I have not been contacted by anyone. Unfortunately I do not feel comfortable taking my car anywhere at this point as I always get it back damaged or in poor condition. I was really hoping I would have had a better experience here or at least got a follow up call on the issue with my wheel, but I guess not. By the way these wheels were $1300 just by themselves and I just got them not to long ago and now one is damaged. I have not taken the other caps off the others to see if they damaged those as well yet. They need to really focus more on their customer satisfaction.

Joel is literally worthless. How he manages to continue employment here is beyond my understanding. They've had the truck for 3 days now and they have done absolutely no work to it. He's given some bs reasons as to why they couldn't, but none make sense. He claims they couldn't do an alignment because the wheels were too fancy and it would cost more to do. Yet, never called to say hey it's going to be an up charge. He just waited until I called back to check the status to mention it. This is not the first time I've had issues here, but it will be the last. Basic tasks seem to be too far out of their capabilities. The most annoying part is they don't communicate with you. Your vehicle could just sit there for days and Joel wouldn't notice or care.

We just purchased our new F-150 from Castle Rock Ford. We had been warned about "Medved" which it is no longer. We couldn't have been happier with our experience. We get new cars every 3 years due to leasing and we typically stay with one dealership, but we wanted a truck to purchase this time. I have to say we got the same, if not better customer service at castle rock Ford. Kaylee always communicated, responded and answered everything we threw at her. We are very satisfied customers.

My tire was losing air and I found a nail in it. I took it to the Quick Lane at Medved Ford and specifically told them where the nail was and that I wanted them to fix it. I had even taken a picture of the nail before I took it in. They called me and I picked up the car. They charged me $27 to repair the tire. The next morning I got up and the tire was flat. The nail was still there and they had done nothing. They gave me an invoice when I picked up the car and it specifically says they had repaired the tire.In addition, I had a coupon for a tire rotation and an oil change. I know they never rotated the tires because the nail was in the right front tire and it was still in the right front tire when I picked the car up. We called to complain and they never returned our phone call.I took the vehicle to Discount Tire in Castlerock who immediately fixed it without a problem. They didn’t even charge me.As customers, we don’t need this. There are lots of car dealers in both Denver and Colorado Springs that we can use without having to deal with this place.We have lived in Castle rock for many years and have purchased 4 cars from Medved. I won’t be going back as they have gotten progressively worse over the years.

I am from louisiana and was traveling through castle rock when I noticed my oil life in my F150 was 10%. I stopped by to make an appointment. There was one available for the next day. I arrived early and even though the front desk staff was from another location the service was completed with a smile and within an hour.

Do not take your vehicle here, my truck had extensive hail damage when I picked up after a service repair, they refuse to repair it. Terrible people, unethical.
