Owner is racist as hell. Was rude to me and other non Asians for absolutely no reason. Walked up to the counter to pay for my things and she just started yelling to hurry up and put my things on the counter. The associate apologize but I was not making a purchase there after that. It makes sense why they have 2-stars after that experience. Contacted the business manager of the outlet shops and recorded her rudeness as well to play for them :)

I asked if I could try on some dresses and one of the employees said yes only 3. When I went to try on the 3 items I had, the owner looked at me up and down and said I was too big to try on the 3 items I had chosen. Totally unnecessary and rude.

Went in to buy a homecoming dress for my daughter. My daughter picked out 8 dresses, and they told us she could only take 3 in the dressing room. So I would switch out the dress after she tried it on for a different one. After switching out the 3rd one, the woman rudely asked me how many she was trying on. I said she is only taking in 3 at a time, and the woman said only 3 total and then said "you heard me say that". And was so mad at me saying "she can't try on all these dresses". I think she owns the store...I was shocked that she was being so rude when their dressing room policy isn't displayed anywhere. And who has a limit on items you can try on???

No fitting rooms and they will not refund your money for returns (only store credit and must be returned within 14 days). They have no plans to reopen the fitting rooms. I drive up here about twice a year from Colorado Springs and would definitely never be able to return within such a short amount of time.

No refund policy, but they are also keeping their fitting rooms closed. Brought my 4 daughters in ready to spend money and ended up walking out. Horrible way to run a company. We will understand when you go under

Extremly unfriendly and rude staff, we tried on some clothes in a group having a little fun and i even wanted to buy something till she started yelling at us and insulting us.The fitting rooms were also closed, that's why we had to try on the things in the middle of the store.We then directly left the store and she followed us and accused us of stealing.Never go there!!!!!!!!!

Absolute disgusting woman screamed at my 12 year old for having 6 items in the dressing room. yelled “youre stupid you cant read?” as there was no sign in the room and the fitting rooms were wide open. NEVER COME HERE + cheapy quality.

Can’t try on clothes that are on sale or dedicated or thin. Even if you can, they limit to 5 items per person per day. All sales are nonrefundable. The clothes are cheap quality too.

Couldn’t decide between a medium or a large. Asked for a fitting room. They don’t have any. So I said that was fine, I’ll just return the one that didn’t fit. Was told they don’t do returns. Only store credit. This is now the 3rd bad experience here. Will never go back.

I was super happy to see that the Castle Rock Factory Outlets had just opened a Spyder store. I've been meaning to purchase a base layer for my mother (she's been asking for a Spyder zip up for a very long time), so it was a great surprise to find this shop. Unfortunately, customer service was severely lacking. My fiancé and I didn't feel very welcomed to be there. I didn't think anything when we weren't greeted by the employees, but when a Caucasian couple walked in right behind us and received a greeting, I immediately felt uncomfortable. The guy keeping an eye on us also made me uncomfortable so we left without purchasing anything - even though I had every intention of purchasing something. We'll try again some other time, but I left the store saddened, uncomfortable, and angry.

Cute clothes, cheap prices...I was close to making a purchase but couldn't decide between 2 sizes. Since I couldn't try anything on, I decided to go elsewhere because I don't have time to go back if something doesn't fit.

Like many others have said, it's very frustrating that you cannot try anything on and they will not take returns. I'm okay with final sales if we know for sure we want the item. What a scam.

You can’t try anything on and you can’t return for a refund (only store credit). And they won’t tell you that unless you ask. This seems like a very predatory practice.

Only small, medium, and large sizes. No dressing rooms to try on and didn’t know until after that you can not return if you don’t like the item or if it doesn’t fit. Horrible business.
