After being unable to pick up my huge" T.V, due to it not fitting in my SUV, she offered to deliver it to my home after work in her own truck the same day!!! If that's not going above and beyond idk what is. Thanks to TINA, I am enjoying the nuggets get this win tonight on my brand new T.V. !”

“I see a lot of negative reviews here but this is by far my favorite pharmacy in Castle Rock. I have found the pharmacists to be very helpful and have gone out of their way to get me the prescriptions I need when not in stock or if there's been an issue with where my doctor has sent them. I even called this evening with some questions regarding a medication and what I could and could not take it with, the person I spoke to was so nice about answering them for me and gave me the exact info I was looking for.”

She was able to immediately see why my daughter’s seizure meds were being rejected by insurance. She solved the problem and got the meds ready within an hour. I am constantly impressed and grateful to this location for their kindness and extra steps.”

“Shout out to the pharmacist working tonight. I had forgotten to call earlier to refill my sons seizure medication. I called and left a voicemail with the pharmacy. I believe her name was Kristin called me back in about 45 minutes and let me know she could have it filled tomorrow. After hearing how panicked I think I was, she got it filled for me in 5 minutes and stayed a little later to make sure I was able to get it tonight. I was able to keep my son going without missing a dose. Thank you so much for working around my stupid mistake!”

“I noticed a lot of these low reviews are based on things out of the staff's control. I have a medication that's in shortage as well, which sucks and causes a lot of stress, but it's definitely not the staff's fault. Everyone there always tries to help me and even offers to look up nearby locations to see if my medication is in stock! Medication shortages suck, but let's not take out our frustration on people trying to help us!”
