“After spending 10 minutes on Sams app and website trying to submit feedback, I’ve given up. Seriously WalMart, that’s kind of ridiculous. But what I wanted to tell them was that Mark running the concession stand this weekend is absolutely a valuable asset to this Sams Club. I’ve been to plenty of others where the customer service is pretty much nonexistent, but Mark is like one of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen there. And he did everything to get our order right and was extremely friendly at the same time. I would seriously do whatever it takes to keep them as an employee. All around, the customer service at this store blows away Costco. (And the experience altogether)”
“Professional, quick, nice...most importantly they answered the phone! This is so refreshing as I feel that getting my rxs filled at the typical big name pharmacies is like pulling teeth. They never answer the phone, medication is out of stock, theyre rude, etc. I'm coming here from now on for all my family's pharmacy needs.”

“This is, hands down, the best pharmacy I have ever gone to. I'm here weekly for meds for my whole family (+ 3 pets). You may wonder, "Why so many negative reviews then, Ersan?" Every negative review is from 1+ years ago, with the majority falling at 3 years (during COVID, when pharmacies everywhere took the brunt of peoples' pent-up frustrations). The only relevant rating for this pharmacy is 5 stars. Tanya and Lucy help me the most, and they are simply fantastic. The whole crew is great. I have an Rx that is in high demand, and frequently goes out of stock. Coordinating between doc and pharmacy to get the Rx in at the right time each month could be such a pain...thankfully I don't struggle because these employees are so helpful and communicative. They make my life easier, week in and week out. I'm just incredibly grateful for them.”

“We've been customers of this CVS for about 3 years now, there have been some ups and downs in the pharmacy staffing that I feel have led to some unfairly harsh reviews but in my experience the service has been excellent. For instance, when Kroger became out-of-network for a lot of patients they had thousands of new patient requests and could not serve everyone immediately. But every time we have needed meds the pharmacy staff has been very kind and accommodating.”

“If you want to use a pharmacy that actually answers when you call, then you want to use this Walgreens! The CVS in Castle Rock is horrible. You can be on hold for over 45 mins or sometimes they never answer. When I call this Walgreens they typically answer in 5 mins or less. Also, this Walgreens has a drive thru whereas the CVS no longer does.”
“Both the young lady in the photo lab Adari and the store mgr for the evening Hutari ( I extremely sorry if I've misspelled the names) we're so very kind. I'm from Pueblo and had to stop and use the facilities (this was at the castle rock Wilcox road location) at around 1pm and I lost my wallet. I called at about 6pm to see if they had it. Some kind individual found it and turned it in with everything intact. The mgr kept it safe in her office until we came and picked it up. Neither ladies would accept a reward. They were absolutely the BEST!! Just wanted someone at Walgreens to see this and give them a day off with pay or at least a free lunch! These two are fine examples of human beings and a credit to Walgreens!Walgreens”

“We had a very pleasant experience at this location yesterday with our vaccinations and purchasing items from the store. The pharmacy was very organized and treated us with professionalism during our entire visit. We both had appointments and I was surprised they were running on time. The cashier at the checkout stand for our store purchase was very friendly and helpful during the transaction. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.”
“Shout out to the pharmacist working tonight. I had forgotten to call earlier to refill my sons seizure medication. I called and left a voicemail with the pharmacy. I believe her name was Kristin called me back in about 45 minutes and let me know she could have it filled tomorrow. After hearing how panicked I think I was, she got it filled for me in 5 minutes and stayed a little later to make sure I was able to get it tonight. I was able to keep my son going without missing a dose. Thank you so much for working around my stupid mistake!”

“I noticed a lot of these low reviews are based on things out of the staff's control. I have a medication that's in shortage as well, which sucks and causes a lot of stress, but it's definitely not the staff's fault. Everyone there always tries to help me and even offers to look up nearby locations to see if my medication is in stock! Medication shortages suck, but let's not take out our frustration on people trying to help us!”
