Had my Goldendoodle cut and it was the worst grooming I have ever had. All uneven, shaved in some areas to the skin. Charged extra for combing out even though she was shaved to the skin. Check out the before and after pics.

It's an ok place but but they seem to be out of stock on a lot of items all the time and the service isn't very great. The people are nice enough they just are very slow and kind of unprofessional in my opinion. For example if there is more then 2 or 3 people in like be prepared to stand there for about 15+ minutes. And if you ask where something is either no one is even around to ask, or they don't know and honestly kind of rude about it like you inconvenienced them by even asking. But it's still ok enough that I will still shop there for our pets.

They seem to always run out of crickets... Whenever I ask why, I get crickets... Ok, maybe get was a bad joke... Store is cleaner and more organized than many I have seen... But i find the lack of crickets disturbing... Ok.. Bad movie reference, I will stop now

We had our dog in training here and it has been working out well. It's a typical PetSmart. They had some holiday items on sale and tons of holiday dog toys.

I took my dog into be groomed her nails are not done properly and her fur is still over grown it doesn't look like she has even been groomed! I paid full price for this and am not satisfied!! never going back

as petsmarts go, it is very good. always helpful staff and its always fun to watch them groom the dogs.

Bottom of the barrel working the registers, because the employees I encounter on the floor are awesome welcoming individuals..Petsmart, do better when hiring employees, vet them out, ask tough questions. You have a community growing in diversity but you do not reflect that in the kind of personalities you hire.
